Nice place, needs some updating but this is being done. The people were lovely and very helpful. Very good value for money.

Rooms did need a little refreshing but they are being done.

Location great for Bamber Bridge. Room very clean.

The extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy, so didn't switch it on during the night as would have woken up my partner.

Staffs were great and bed is spacious good amenities. Really enjoy my stay.

It was handy for the motorway. It was easy to book when I was too tired to carry on driving south. It was clean, comfortable, staff were lovely and it was good value

Location, and easy access to other areas

TV remote is a bit flaky, Exhaust is a bit noisy, washroom basin tap is a not a combination tap and there isn't any grip on the bath tub!

VERY basic, but the price reflects this. Smelt very strongly of cigarettes in reception and down the corridors. Very thin walls!

This was a lovely place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The internet worked well. Close to shops for food and groceries. Plenty of parking. I would stay here again.

Accommodation was more than I expected given the price for the room of £47.00 for a 1 night stay was very good value, staff on reception pleasant and helpful, clean room, enjoyed our stay with the bonus of a day bed also comfortable bed what more could you wish for?

Seemed ok at first but the more the day went on the more it became obvious that the place is in need of some serious renovation.

No Aircon, found this was not functioning yet radiator turned on and up to 24 degrees and tucked behind a chair so had no idea it was even on until late. Bathroom smelled so bad we had to keep the door shut. Bathroom floor spongy when walked on. Sofa - filthy marks all over it, no idea what these were.

Stank of cannabis staff were rude and there was homeless people living there which the staff denied!

Easy check in, proper keys, clean, coffee/tea/kettle.

Connecting door into next room had no security on it, only a simple yale lock (which my neighbour unsuccessfully tried to open with non matching key. )

Great location, price and friendly staff.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The rooms were great with everything you needed and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The staff were lovely too.

Location was convenient. Reasonably priced.

There was a lot of noise outside our bedroom late at night. Very aggressive shouting and banging. It was a frightening experience and I will not be staying there again. No appologies from staff until I questioned what happened.

Room very dated. Bathroom floor very spongy probably due to water damage. No USB ports.
