Really friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile to make sure everything is ok and you feel at home. Great bar and lounge area and comfortable clean rooms with great views. Would definitely stay again.

Car park spaces as I use a disabled space and none left, so I had to use bus depot car park, I had put all my stuff in the room so I had no cash or phone with me to pay. So I ended up with a parking fine. It was far and dangerous walking on my own in the dark.

Bed was comfortable and room very good

The window in the room had an inside slide window which when closed caused a draft and was very noisy. We had to slide it open and this meant we could hear all the street noise with cars racing around all night.

Excellent location and easy/cheap parking adjacent to hotel

- Location is excellent and is easy to get to the city centre.- The rooms were always cleaned very well and efficiently: good job housekeeping team. - Shout out to Sam: a very polite young man who always kept good conversation and is good with his customers.- Special shout out to Jess: an amazing employee and someone to watch for the future in terms of professional growth as she has all the characteristics of a strong leader. Every customer, regardless of how busy or quiet it was, was treated like royalty and her demeanour is outstanding. - Breakfast was always clean and there was also food there: breakfast staff are very polite and attentive too.

Would say it’s slightly over priced otherwise it would’ve been a 10. No discounts given to people who stay every year for over 5 years.

Very handy location for a weekend in Preston. Room was lovely and clean as was the rest of the hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Room was quite and peaceful no external noises, the black out curtains where fab, the breakfast was good but did start to get very busy. I found the bed smaller than other hotels usually use.

No halal breakfast was a let down since the third of the world population are muslims! So, halal food is not an option anymore! It has to be there! It means business too! Just Do It (thats my advice)
