Excellent clean place to stay! Great staff and for the prices this is better than most of the places in Preston!

Staff very welcoming, hotel a good size while still being homely. Parking area available was easily accessible from the road and plenty of it.

It was clean. The staff were excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of parking too. Highly recommend

The room was great and exceptionally clean. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location was perfect for my needs (close to hospital).

The only thing I didn't like was the pillows. They were quite hard but that is a personal preference and you can't please everyone!

It was very quiet. WE ate, slept and watched TV. The Breakfast was really nice. The sausages were brilliant. Slept pretty well though adhoc as our plans had changed but it a nice weekend away.

No desk for the laptop. Maybe a fold up table. Very quiet.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable room with good coffee-making facilities. Bathroom well finished.

The room was amazing. Small but tidy. The shower was really good, and the coffee was really tasty.

The location is not the best.

Fairly clean rooms

Stayed here once before and upon checking in they had an extremely unwelcoming demeanour. People working there seem so dodgy. Tried to book again and they cancelled my reservation “because they were going out”. When I said I still needed the room the response was “I’m the owner I can do what I want”. Horrible people. If you need a stay in Preston, look elsewhere.

The parking. There was plenty of parking on both sides of the hotel .

Iron is not provided but I am sure the receptionist would have helped if I asked.

Unfortunately had an unsettled night the bed was good but for some reason the fan in the bathroom ran all night didn't say as in the morning it was fine.

The staff were very friendly even when there was a slight misunderstanding we came to an agreement in the end very thoughtful amd understanding

My room was in the attic and it smelt like an attic

Reasonably priced,clean and sited in a easy find location with good car parking that has good security, value for money breakfast with good service and times

Not as clean as it should be and and poor finished fixture and fittings eg damaged bathroom cladding, stained wall and carpet in the room, bad diy repairs

Good location, plenty of parking. Comfortable bed.

The towel rail and shower curtain rail were both loose and came off when in use.
