Very spacious and clean room

It was hard to get there without a car. It's not on a bus route from the train station, and walking there with luggage was long.

The communication on the app was excellent and they sorted out my arrival in the early hours of the morning and booked me a taxi ready for my departure

The rooms were clean, staff friendly and the hot breakfast was delicious.

Comfirtable and really good value. Liz on front desk was exceptionally helpful.

We were given an access shower (didn't request one). It got very wet and was in need of repairs

The room was very clean and offered a good amount of space for a couple, breakfast was tasty and the parking was free, all for £100, you can't ask for much more.

Being remodeled and the room smelled like fresh paint. The tub had paint coming off..

Rooms are a lttle characterless, but are clean and functional

All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the Dove hand wash/ body wash/ shampoo were a nice touch. There were also plenty of plugs in the room.

The lift was broken and we were on the second floor. I had just got over pneumonia so it was a difficult trek with bags and after breakfast. That was a shame. I don’t think the hotel was at capacity because hot breakfast was not a buffet but a table order. That was a shame because a buffet gives you sighted options and the opportunity to go back if you want to. Otherwise, this was a good stay.

Good location. Not far from train station and shops. The room had the best shower. Super water pressure. Room was a decent size and very clean.

Broken lift. If you have mobility issues, it'll be worth checking if it's been fixed!

I thought the breakfast was included in price. So disappointed about that. Breakfast good

Other rooms being painted. So the smell of oil based paint was very unpleasant.
