Location overall outways everything else!

The TV wasn't working in January 2024 and again in March 2024. The room had not been cleaned and the bed was very suspicious as it appeared to not have been made!

Location was good, close to the uni and plenty of food shops nearby. Would recommend three monkeys and coco soul foods.

Black hairs all over the floor, this has been mentioned in other reviews. Sheets and covers were clean however you could literally see straight through to the stains on the mattress, duvet and pillows. Quite disgusting really. Pillows also smelled.

The space inside the bedroom was the only real positive aspect of this property

In the pictures it looks like the apartment has the kitchen area built into the room complex but it is a very small shared kitchen area not ideal really given 7 other rooms share the facility. Although there are cameras within the property the actual safety of the place is very questionable Was meet in the morning by 2 guests inside the kitchen one obviously should have never been inside the property and made me feel very anxious and I went back to the room as didn’t feel safe one bit. The actual bedroom was advertised as a king super however it is 2 twin beds pushed together with two mattresses therefore a massive gap in the middle of the bed which is hugely disappointing given I’d payed extra for a king bed not two single beds Even the headboards were two singles pushed together not a full size king headboard!

Very nice room, clean and upgraded.

Restaurant across the street-very loud until midnight. Neighbor seemed questionable.

Felt safe and secure. The kitchen access was great and the location was perfect.

The bathroom and bedsheets could use a clean.

Almost fell down the step entering the room. Should have been a warning sign outside the door. Also no kettle and free tea/coffee, which would have been welcoming.

For us the location was a bit out of the way, and it wasn't the easiest of places to find, however when we got into the apartment we were pleasantly surprised, clean, comfy beds and a shared kitchen.....why we thought the location was a bit out of the way was my friend has walking difficulties and back problems and when we googled location it didn't seem that far away from the train station, now we know we will take a taxi ?

Easy access.Close to the town centre No staff on site but clear instructions to gain access to the building. Kitchen facilities available and good clean condition.Iron/ironing board in the room, great (iron could do with a scrub though). Large tv Very nice?

Just a suggestion- The bathroom could do with a shelf to put toiletries on. Although compact it was sufficient for one night.

The bed was rubbish. It was meant to be a king side bed but was 2 separate single bed that was not attached together and we ended up on the floor in between the beds

The doors slam constantly .

The service was very good and the room was first class

Onese you have paid you get a e mail saying that you could loose your money if you didn't have the right id this should be mentioned before you pay i went really early so i could get another hotel . I'm disabled so I needed to make sure that i had a room

Great location. Rooms small, no table. Bed comfortable. There are no mugs in the kitchen, so if you want to make tea, you need to have your own mug.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, our room, & the price.We needed a place for only 2 nights. This met our needs with a big very comfy king bed for 2. Clean bathroom, & the shower was EXCELLENT, soaps/shampoo, big towels included although overall a no-frill place. Uniquely redone building into several "apart/hotel units" configured like a jigsaw puzzle.Central communal kitchen area with all you might need (though no freezer). Honor system for food in frig but we had no problems with others taking our stuff.Several close bus stops.Triple security - outer entry lock, building lock, & room locks. A bit noisy outside when this 70+ year old couple was going to bed, but it is near shops/restaurants/college campus so we expected that.LG screen TV if you need.Good & updated communication from owners.Only a minute's walk to wide variety of shops & restaurants (I recommend Jaffa - middle eastern foods delicious!!) And a great coffee shop right next door.

Cons: Initial impression was that it was clean, however the corner where I opened my suitcase was missed. My black fleece jacket fell on floor & was totally covered with dust. Otherwise clean room. It would have been helpful to have had a few shelves (1 in bathroom & 1 in living space). BUT... there was an iron & ironing board provided; we improvised & set up the ironing board as a shelf/dresser-top.[Also, vague re. kitchen; there was a photo of kitchen area, but nothing in written description that there was one. Including a statement that a communal kitchen was available for use might be helpful. I could have just asked when booking - was pleased to find there was kitchen facilities.]

Location is brilliant. Bed was so comfortable.

Very loud, walls seem to be so thin I could hear someone’s alarm going off. Also there was shouting. Radiator is really dusty. Shower almost overflows which is worrying. Kitchen is good but would like a kettle in the room.

Location, clean and comfortable. Was able to check in early which was super helpful. Co tact for the property communicated well and responded quickly when I had a question

It is very loud starting early in the morning. The doors slam hard so was woken up a few days at 6am
