Owners were very friendly and helpful on parking issues, food orders and sorting the room. Room was clean, breakfast was ample, quickly prepared and tasty. Service was top notch

Lovely room (2) with balcony with a great view. . Comfortable, cosy and big bed. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Great location.

The parking at the back was way too tight for me. Apparently, there is other parking at the top of the hill, which is still close.

Everything, Sam and his wife were so lovely and made you feel so welcome, the property was spotless and so clean, and the feel was like home from home, totally recommend this place, we have even booked for next year,

The hospitality was fantastic Our host helped carry luggage from car and Brought it to our room.He was very helpful in all manors.The rooms were immaculate breakfast was delicious Location was fantastic a short walk to the harbour Lots 0f restaurants to choose from.We will definitely return A little gem Best Hotel we have stayed at in a long time.Thank you

The hotel was located in the heart of Torquay, with easy access to all amenities. The access to the hotel might be a problem to someone with walking difficulties though. The room was cosy with an en suite shower and a very comfy bed. Great breakfast, great, friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Will stay there again on my next visit. AA++

Very nice little guesthouse with friendly owners who will go far and beyond to make your stay more comfortable. Good breakfast cooked to your liking. Small parking just behind the back door which we used and there is a bigger one a short walk away when the house is full. Overall very well maintained property, comfy beds and very good location just few minutes walk from marina.

The only little drawdown is you cannot adjust heating in the room. It was a bit chilly on the first night though the quilt was very warm. We told the owner and it got warmer in the room next night.

Both hosts were extremely friendly. Location is excellent, room was clean and breakfast was very good. Good value for the amount we paid off peak.

Parking within hotel is tight and limited. However there is ample parking in council car park behind the hotel. Apparently hotel can provide a free parking card to use in council car park.

It was a good location and there was parking. The lady who greeted us was nice.

Everything was okay. There was a smell of cooking food that got a bit too much after a while but other than that it was fine.

Once again we had a great stay and all my comments from my October 2023 still apply. This time we had room 2 which was snug, clean and elegant with the bonus of a small balcony. The bed was comfortable and so wide I nearly lost my Wife!! Once again Sanjeev & Sabita were a delight and made us most welcome. Yet again the breakfasts were well cooked and delicious. I would recommend trying the yoghurt and mixed fruits as a precursor to the cooked breakfast - yummy!The en suite was clean, effective and bright although a little snug. Towels are thick and fluffy.Parking is a bonus for Torquay.WE shall return!.

Parking remains pretty snug and we were a little nervous as we had just got a new car. However Sanjeev was again on hand to guide us into a space.
