The bed had springs sticking out and the quilt was thin which left me cold in the night.room 101

Excellent selection of breakfast menu though I am restricted on what or whether I should eat anything health needs wise

More rails in the bathroom next to toilet and outside the shower

It had a lovely, large comfortable bed, decent strong shower, varied breakfast and helpful staff. It was close to the centre and seafront and parking was easy directly opposite. Great value for money and we liked that the breakfast was included in the price!

Breakfast was good.Staff were all polite, helpful and professional.

Bathroom fan wasn't working and after reporting 3times,still wasn't fixed.No offer to switch rooms or compensation!

More staff at check in as the same staff were doing the bar so 20/30 minute wait for drinks while busy at check in

The location is excellent, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was very spacious, great variety for breakfast, reasonable price for nearby overnight parking.

The size of the bed was amazing but unfortunately the mattress was uncomfortable as were the pillows.

Used a room I thought was ok on same floor I had disaster last time. They had not resolved issues with extractor in bathroom

Pretty much everything from start to finish. We were welcomed by friendly, helpful staff that had arranged a brilliant surprise for us on arrival in the room. Elise was fantastic in making sure we had everything that we needed! The breakfast was lovely, lots to choose from and topped up regularly. The hotel was clean, tidy and decorated well, which gave it a luxurious feel. Located a stones throw to the harbour it was perfect for us. Thankyou all that made the weekend everything we wanted it to be.

Breakfast, location and value for money. Had issue with room heating! Contacted reception and issue sorted in 15 mins

It was very central and everything was within walking distance so need for extra transport in to the city centre

Only on street paid parking and a distance to the nearest carpark

The quiet relaxation of the room, the comfort of the bed. It was so cosy and warm in the middle of winter. The location is fab being in the centre of the quay. We'd stayed before so knew it was good, breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable in the bright morning sunny room.

Our first room had an overwhelming smell of smoke emanating from the sofa in the room. I asked to be moved and they obliged with courtesy and no problem at all. Our next room was much fresher but had a slightly stale smell that became more noticeable the longer we stayed.

Comfortable, clean, good facilities, fridge in the room.

Nothing we didn’t like, we found the bed too big for us.

It was in a lovely position overlooking the harbour, great facilities, delicious breakfast, staff were super friendly and helpful

The only reason I gave 9/10 instead of 10/10 was the bed was very uncomfortable, but everyone is different, somebody else may not feel the same way as me

Location , just above the harbour, with a lift to take you down. Nice pleasant staff, clean , quiet and warm, very enjoyable breakfast.

Car parking , close by but expensive, £10.50 for 24 hrs. Ok for 1 or 2 nights but soon adds up.
