Good location, near to sea side. Very friendly staff. Room was well decorated and very clean. Big shower. Will be back for sure.

Human faeces in lift which contaminated my shoes. Under manager said not the responsibility of management to clean our shoes suggested we do it ourselves without any ppe. could have caused severe injury to my health. Company offered £25 as goodwill!! Now refusing to accept our request to negotiate fair compensation for this terrible experience.

The room was very clean bathroom lovely and the staff were very nice. Breakfast ok.
Coach trip took over the hotel and bar area in the evening to such an extent we did not stay the second day because of the coach guests and the weather. The facilities in the hotel were pretty poor overall apart from our hotel room

Location was great. Nice big car park, no problems with parking. Comfortable beds, good water pressure on the shower and enough tea and coffee in the room.
Room was a little tired decor wise.
Staff were polite and helpful.Let us park there for two days in their carpark for free.
Could do with hotel sign at main road side of hotel,as we drove past it.
Hotel is sited in a nice location, not too close to town but 15 min walk will get you there, free parking on site is always a bonus, drinks are fairly priced and the room has everything you need, breakfast was very nice, overall it was certainly good value for money

Breakfast and comfy bed
On internet it advertised a swimming pool got to hotel to find out it didn't have one and the lift was quit small so had to leave some of our luggage down stairs
