Exceptional service from hotel staff, very clean and comfortable accommodation and excellent breakfast

I was expecting a bath tub . The room and bed is tiny for two people .

Close to everything we needed. Staff were super friendly and nice! Bed was really comfortable, although a little small (standard double!) pillows were not up to my usual standard but I am quite fussy when it comes to pillows, they were a little bit hard! Room was clean, fully stocked with a coffee machine, radio, TV, wardrobe, full length mirror, soaps and lotions! It even had an iron and a hair dryer. Really lovely actually. The cleaners left a cute note, was a nice touch. The hotel was really quiet although when booking it said it was fully booked. Not much of an atmosphere in the bar on a Saturday night but I think Tunbridge Wells is generally quite quiet anyway. This isn’t a negative, if anything it’s a positive it wasn’t really busy!We would 100% stay here again, great value for money.

The pillows! I prefer feather Only thing I noticed was the coffee pod holder was really dusty I think they must’ve just missed it when cleaning. Couldn’t get a spot in the car park which is annoying, but nobody’s fault.

I found the room was incredibly fancy, lots of space and well worth the money I spent!Me and my partner loved the vibe of the place abd breakfast was delightful, plan on visiting again in the future!

I found the bed wasn't as comfortable as I was hoping, but as it was my first and only night there, and I have trouble sleeping in locations I am unfamiliar with I would say its more of a me problem

IIt was a beautiful experience. Clean, quiet and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent, the staff was very professional and polite. I would gladly come back here.

Bed was way to firm for our taste and hard to get comfortable on.

Amazing location, close to the town. Room excellent, classic FM on the radio as we walked in. The tin bath was amazing.

A beautiful stylish yet very friendly hotel.Decor is gorgeous, very well maintained & we cannot speak highly enough of the staff - especially Adam!

It was too warm even with our radiators off & window open but honestly that's not really a moan but the only negative I can think of!

The rooms are very nice. The bar area is nice. The food in the restaurant is well-cooked and tasty.

Unfortunately, they were caught up in the turmoil of the Tunbridge Wells no water situation, so it was not possible to have a shower. There was no warning at all that this had been a problem on and off for a few weeks until I asked.

Lovely hotel, gorgeous location, the extras with my 'suite' were great. The lovely radio on Classic FM when I got in was nice too. How clean it was

The toiletries were in big bottles, so felt a bit like Premier Inn, which this is definitely not.

Very elegant hotel, waiting staff were very attentive. Breakfast was excellent, fast service, great quality food. Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Lovely big bathroom.

I arrived a bit early as I was attending a funeral. I was greeted with a bit of a frosty reception. It would have been nicer if they'd told me I could wait and buy a coffee or food.
