The hotel is under refurb but still comfortable. The bar area is beautiful and very relaxing. We had a child with us and felt very welcomed

We had a pleasant stay the meal was lovely and the service was very good. They are in the middle of renovation which will enhance the bedrooms and the hotel I would love to go back when they are finished

The food and entertainment was class

We had a refurbished room and it was bright, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The refurbishment is in full swing so the hotel feels rather incomplete but it is great to see the refurbishment happening and when complete will really have improved the hotel.

Easy 20 mins walk to city centre. Good parking. Nice bar.

Food was quite costly.

Nothing- a bit further out of the city but taxi service extremely efficient

It was convenient for a walk along the quay..

Rooms weren't very warm. shower head wasn't long enough too close to the wall and I kept banging into the wall. The breakfast food wasn't too warm either..

Nice warm spacious room.

I don't have any complaints at all.

The beds were really uncomfortable the pillows were sonhard me and my wife woke up with sore heads, also we were at the opposite end of the hotel tonthe bar area but the music was ridiculous, it being a hotel I thought they would think about the guests staying there more the music went on till after 1.30am not good when u have kids trying to sleep.

The proximity to the centre of the town was great especially as we were there for the Halloween celebrations it meant we could leave the car parked at the hotel and walk in. The bar was cosy and pleasing to the eye.

The car park was full of pot holes and there was building work being carried out on the exterior of the building. We ended up with a screw in our tyre but can't confirm if it was here and due to the building work or not.

Friendly staff, room was clean, comfortable beds

We were aware that there was ongoing construction work, however the noise started at 7.40am which wasn’t ideal

Food was excellent. Staff couldnt be nicer

Ive stayed a few times so I know what the hotel is like staff always amazing and place is spotless. We'd went into the town center as it was a saturday night and headed back to hotel around 10.30 wish we'd have stayed in hotel the entertainment was fab

Value for money convenience to wedding venue

Not able to check in early no room avaiable to change in .having to check.in late at night ?could bags not be left in room.Room very hot during night .Towels cups etc for number of people staying not all included

Was pleasant staff

Beds where uncomfortable and pretty noisy can for a peaceful night away but hardly slept due to comfort bed was hard and pillows where not great.

Comfy room with good kitchenette, easy check in and check out. Breakfast was good

Prices were hiked as it was halloween night

Large rooms, nice bar food. Was exceptionally busy in the bar but staff sorted us with food despite the restaurant being completely booked out and we were a group of 16
