Breakfast was perfect lots of choice

The only concern we had was the beds. We both got up very sore backs

Very friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms.

Bar closed at 11pm. Would have liked it open til 12.

Brilliant staff, very friendly, helpful and obliging, bar staff were brilliant, resteraunt staff very efficient and the food was excellent.

We had a great stay on NYE. Beautiful, comfortable, modern, clean rooms and hotel. Could not fault it.

Nothing not too like

This was our second stay at the Waterfoot in 3 years. As with the last stay, we couldn't fault the hotel. Price, rooms, service and food excellent!! We will definitely be back again.

Ok for one night. Fair restaurant.

Not even close to a four star, max 2 stars. Bathroom dated, shower leaking, no mini fridge. Outdoor parking. Stairs very hard to access carrying luggage.

Clean, and spacious rooms good attentive reception. Nice bar and bar staff

Breakfast was terrible no fresh coffee no cups and food wasn’t replenished so BBC coming down later for breakfast didn’t go well! Although within the time. It was just disorganised.

We pre booked the carvery but when we got there it wasn’t marked down and we had to rebook for the restaurant.The cleaning/housekeeping staff were drinking after shift in the public bar and it was all very unprofessional.I didn’t have any cutlery to eat my dinner in the restaurant There was minimal choice at breakfast no bananas no berries.

Small bed, hard, not comfortable, limited appliances for small plugs, felt like budget room not 4 star

The lightning in the room was very poor when you open the door you can’t find a light the switch and also the television didn’t work and the shower was very poor

Rooms are dated ,bed was terribly old and should of been replaced ages ago not good.Had just travelled over eighteen hours from Canada restaurant staff tell us they are fully booked with many tables visibly empty.Got in when we complained over six tables remained empty .Tv didn't work ,staff told us the tvs were not good.Rated a four star far from it.

It's good value for very good accomodation. The meals are excellent.

Lack of communication from staff eg on fire alarm in the early hours, no explanation given. Service in restaurant was just OK but could be better eg we were left waiting a long time before ordering our food, then we had to request our drinks twice before collecting the tray of drinks from the bar ourselves. It was a busy time but communication would have helped, especially as the staff serving us was constantly standing waiting for meals from the kitchen service area beside our table. .

Lovely rooms, great breakfast and lovely meal in the restaurant. The staff are so lovely and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, would recommend.
