- Friendly staff and very clean room with good view.

Cons -
- It’s all great.
- I lost or mislaid two clogau bracelets. I did tell them that they were left in room but could not find them the following morning. They said they would let me know if they came to light. No news as yet. I checked all before we left but did not find them.
- Snacks very over priced

Great location.Good selection of breakfast options. Comfy beds.Friendly staff.
We had to move rooms because of a light fitting that didn’t work. Deep clean needed in the bathrooms (black mould around fixtures). Heating system was dated. ‘Hot’ breakfast was quite cold.
The staff were very helpful and accommodated our dog with no problems. Be aware the charge for your dog is £30 for each stay, whether it is one day or one week. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant but you can get a tray and fetch your own breakfast to your room. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel is adjacent to the marina and the beach, it’s a great spot.
Location was great, sea view was stunning. Hotel was clean and tidy
Proximity to the beach and the city
The restaurant linked to the bar
Lovely staff , comfy bed , great breakfast , breakfast staff were lovely
Very clean, friendly staff, great location.
Excellent choice and porridge was made fresh for me.Easy to find and park. Close to beach front, marina and shops.
Location, friendly staff , cleanliness , amenities
Room was lovely with a nice view , but lacked the choice to open a window for some fresh air
The staff were really amazing, food was hot on room service, good drinks selection in the bar.
Bed was extremely hard, extractor in bathroom didn't shut off all night, some slightly firmer pillows as an option. I think the thing I most looked forward to was a sumptuous king bed, thick quilt, reasonable pillow selection, especially under the Marriott brand. Sadly I had very little sleep.
Didn’t have breakfast. Was woken up early morning by talking in the corridors.
Been walking up early by people talking
Well located for the Marina and City Centre access. Easy and fairly reasonable parking. Room wss latge enough and comfortable.
Thr only option for breakfast is a large all-inclusive at £16 per head, which is fine if you want to have a feast. I would have preferred being able to select smaller, healthy breakfast and pay corresondingly less per head, sobwe skipped the meal. The paint onnour window surround was flaking and there was a large grack in the ceramic sink.I would have liked a small fridge in the room.
The room was relatively spacious and had a decent armchair and desk and work chair. Hot water came out of the shower although there was no guidance on which turned on the hand held shower unit and which the overhead (the first shower gave me a downpour of cold water). Breakfast was wholly acceptable (although I declined the hot food; the scrambled eggs the first morning not looking to new). The coffee from the machine was also wholly acceptable although it was a walk acress the width of the Dining Room to get some milk to add to my Americano (no cold milk button on the machine!).
The apparent lack of conveniently placed electrical points; there was only one walk-in shower in the hotel apparently; I had asked for one and got that only one. It turned out to be for disabled guests, so suitably equipped. Heating was advertised as being available in the room - but it turned out to be a very noisy wall mounted warm air-blowing unit. When turned to 22 C + it proved VERY noisy; couldn't have had it on during the two cold nights I mange to stay. The Dining Room; service on the first night was VERY SLOW as there was only one server to service all the tables (a drinks server did serve only drinks and a male attender cleared some tables' plates). I had asked for a sweet sherry before dinner; a lone bottle of Bristol Cream was found by the male server. The next night - I asked for the Onion Soup; I declined to take what was offered - the server later stated it was " VEGETABLE WITH ONION BROTH"; it tasted NOT of onions and was not at all what I expected as a clear strong onion liquid with a layering of melting cheese; the server did not seem to take kindly to be told it was unacceptable. So I left the following day - day 2 out of my 3 night booking; the Bill simply took ages to be prepared; the supervisor had to be called by the Receptionist to assist in producing it and she said "sorry" in a highly unconvincing sort of way ( I don't think she knew how to manage the IT that she stared at during the whole time I was kept to wait (ie "kept waiting"- and for quite a while). Compare the Breakfast Room - self service of course but two and sometimes three cheery staff brightening the day in the manner that the evening staff just did not quite manage, in my view. I was born in Swansea; one had to wonder whether they still pour raw sewage onto the beach, as the word always was, that they used to. The two long flights of steps from the path down to the beach were a dangerous walk too far.
Lovely location but disappointing overall.
The sea view was lovely, but the messy foreground of bins etc made it less enjoyable. We were also surprised that the bathwater was cold. A kind staff member came to our room late at night with a screwdriver and managed to fix it, so this is clearly a regular event. The window leaked overnight. There was no blanket, and as we prefer to sleep without central heating, we were very cold. Overall, a surprisingly disappointing experience!
Breakfast is well organized and good selection of food
prices of food - eat out every night
Great location. Friendly staff. Fab selection of food for breakfast. Comfy beds, everthing you need was in room . Parking £5 per night. Cosy bar area.
Air conditioning unit not working. Rain came in slightly by window. No toilet brush.
It was a last minute booking, they were brilliant.it was convenient as we were visiting our daughter
Nothing, everything was ok
Size, Staff and amenities were good
It’s winter yet they had a summer duvet. I was cold. The toilet paper didn’t flush well despite using as little as possible. The bed sheet had a big mark and was not changed when asked for room cleaning.
