Located about 3 minutes’ drive from central Västerås, this picturesque old farm offers apartments decorated in traditional Swedish country style with free Wi-Fi and parking. Bellevue sports and leisure center is 328 feet away. Hem Till Gården’s individually decorated apartments are housed in traditional country houses, between 100 and 300 years old. All include a private patio, a kitchen and free tea/coffee. Guests enjoy free access to washing machines and dryers, and bicycles can be rented on site. Hem Till Gården’s large garden has a barbecue area and is an ideal place to relax during warmer months. Hotel Hem Till Gården is within 5 minutes’ walk of Apalby Wellness Center and Bombardier Arena. Västerås Golf Club is about 1.2 mi away.

Very nice and cozy accommodation. Village look and feel not leaving the city. The room is fully equipped and comes with all necessary accessories (without a cooking place in my case). Big food store is just 10min by walk.
The hotel was in a beautiful and peaceful garden, and I liked the building where we stayed. It was a nice experience to stay in this sort of cottage-like hotel. It was clean and had the facilities you may need during the stay. The bus stop is nearby, and you get to the city center quickly.

Cons -

WiFi is password protected and I didn't find the hint in the room. So, if you need it, ask during check in.
The breakfast was included in our booking. When we arrived it was in the fridge, but its amount was not sufficient for the whole stay. The breakfast was not recharged the days after, even though we requested more, but the staff were neither present nor responsive to our messages. Also, the bed was too small for two people.
