It was clean and close to the center. Very good breakfast, nice staff.

The don t have parking place, but a parking house in nearby. The bar in the lobby is very little and without a proper meny that suits all, It is all about the staff what they can prepare :).

Location is perfect, as I could walk to my venue with ease. Navigating the public transport wasn’t difficult and affordable. Keep promoting the Norwegian values with your amazing customer service. I will surely return to your hotel in future.

Service we have received provided by blonde guy with tatoos was second to none , it felt like table service in the restaurant well done and keep up great customer service.

Lack of free parking.

Very good breafast buffet with plenty of options and great view. Staff were polite and friendly.

Rooms are quite small. There were no bathtub but shower was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel! The view was absolutely fantastic — we couldn’t stop looking out the window. Having breakfast on the 21st floor was such a special experience; the view from up there was breathtaking, and the food was delicious with plenty of choice. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. A wonderful stay overall!

We enjoyed one wonderful night at Thon Hotel Stavanger. We were greeted very kindly and warmly right at the reception. We immediately felt very comfortable. We received a beautifully furnished room, which made our stay on our tour of Norway an unforgettable experience. This was complemented by the extraordinary and extensive breakfast buffet. If something ran out, it was replenished within a few minutes. A fabulous hotel, we would love to come back!!!!

Enjoy the stay on Aug 20-21-2025. The service at the front desk was superb. The lady at the front desk was polite and patient to answer our questions and provided help. The breakfast and the morning view were excellent.

The beds were very comfortable. The restaurant on the 21st floor has excellent views and the breakfast was delicious

Nice hotel! It is clean and the room we had is a bit special with big windows facing the city. Nothing wrong with the view. It has a nice breakfast that you enjoy in a nice restaurant on the 21th floor also. The food in the evening restaurant was also nice.

The room was a superior room with a view. But it is a bit on the small size. Bathroom is big, but room itself is not suitable for two people with alot of luggage. A minor thing that happens as a mistake sometimes everywhere, was that we only got one set of towels. Would have been fixed quickly for sure, if we had brought it up, but we did not feel having people come to the room etc. Nothing that affects our view of this hotel though.

There is a great choice of breakfast to eat. I like being able to make a coffee in the reception and take up to our room at the end of the evening; this is a really nice touch.

No complaints. Free car parking would be great, but there is no car on the site so that would not be possible. There is paid parking next door through so this can work.

Close to the Forum Expo for business.Kitchen staff is helpful.

The Room was not serviced or properly serviced. (Room not serviced. Used bath towels were not replaced and bed was not tidied.

Breakfast was great, Wide variety of options. High-quality products. Very good location, Very good reception service.

I had a terrible experience with Thon Partner Stavanger Forum Hotel. Due to a technical issue and poor phone connection, I ended up with a duplicate booking for the same night. I immediately contacted Booking.com, explained the situation, and even tried to call the hotel. Later, I also informed the reception directly upon arrival.Despite my clear explanation, the hotel simply ignored my request. For more than two weeks now, they have not replied to emails or messages, and no solution has been offered. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to provide professional service.Instead of showing flexibility and understanding (as any reputable hotel would do), they kept silent and left me with a duplicate charge. This behavior shows a shocking lack of customer care and responsibility.I strongly advise other travelers to be careful when booking this hotel. If you ever face an issue, don’t expect help or even a reply from them. There are many other hotels in Stavanger where guests are treated with respect — unfortunately, this is not one of them.

Great hotel! The beds were comfortable and the restrooms were spacious. But the best aspect of this hotel was the breakfast, it was truly an experience that you shouldn't miss. Meats, grains, fruits, fresh juice and much more. Apart from the great breakfast, there is practically an observation deck being on that top floor of the surroundings. The elevator is quick and the staff was very friendly too. Location is great if you have a vehicle of your own and you are going to explore different parts of the city.

The parking is off grounds (not expensive for a night between 10-15usd). The rooms can feel a bit crowded depending on luggage size and with the sofa bed pulled out.
