The beds were really hard so it made sleeping uncomfortable. We got three rooms and they were all like that. Ours seemed especially worse because one side was tilted down a bit. I wish the airport shuttle was free and that breakfast was also included.

This was a very nice hotel with good dining options within walking distance. It is also close to major roads to come and go.

The dining options within the hotel are very expensive.

It was clean and the staff were really nice people.

The garden lights bothered me while I was trying to sleep because they were on until very late and lit up the room a lot. The curtains couldn’t block the light.

Every time I stay there the pool is under maintenance. No freezer compartment for my ice pack which I need for my medication and no ice dispensers except in the restaurant. There used to be taxis available out front but now they said they contract and that's hit or miss is this even legal?

One of the most spacious rooms I've ever stayed at, including at cheaper places. Really comfortable bed. The staff was nice and the area is safe.

Likely part of sustainability efforts, but had to ask staff for small things like a shower cap (when the only shower option is rain shower, caps are unavoidable). That's not a huge issue though.

very nice staff as always. we had an emergency surgery visit to metropolitan hospital and checked in at 4am to get some much needed rest before our drive back home to the coast. very clean, quiet, comfortable rooms

only one small thing. I would like more than one coffee pod for the coffee machine. two pods would be perfect.

The hotel was full and check in was late. We had to insist be let into our room a little after 3pm

I booked the most expensive room they had. The room was moldy and it had a huge humidity problem. I have never felt so disgusted sleeping, literally the bed and the sheets were wet of all the humidity in the room. Also the room did not smell ok at all, i am extremely disappointed of how terrible the room was after paying 185 dollars.

The room was beautiful and spacious and well cleaned. I want to emphasize how nice and accommodating the reception staff was during my stay!

The price of the breakfast (if not included) is absolutely ridiculous. They charge you 25 USD for a very basic buffet breakfast which literally was typical Costa Rican food (rice, beans, eggs, fruits). I have never in my life, living in Costa Rica for 6 years paid 25 USD for rice and beans. Also I think if you charge such amount of money the breakfast should accommodate food allergies such as celiacs but they didn’t have anything gluten free (other than the obvious rice and beans, eggs, fruits).A hotel like Hilton, no matter where in the world SHOULD have at least basic gluten free things such as toast which by the way you can get in any supermarket in 2025. Also I found it ridiculous that after paying 25 dollars for the buffet breakfast there was a coffee machine for cappuccinos etc but they charge EXTRA for that??The only coffee they offered was the most basic filtered coffee. Hilton, you can do better.
