Breakfast could be better. More choices, i.e. kinds of eggs, fruits and cegetables, more gluten free choices.

Helpful, friendly staff. Great renovation of historical buildings. Nature trails around for bicycle riding.

Hard to explain in a few words how wonderful our time being was there. Very nice staff, amazing location, cuisine is something that did a WOW effect. Totally recommend visiting the restaurant

The room doesn’t have a fridge (mini bar cooler) but we got it sorted out with the help of the nice barmen working by the restaurant

The place is amazing, there is lot of space for kods to play, amazing restaurant, swimming pool and many activities. When I ordered room for that price I really did not expect to get such a wonderful room like for a kings family from some movie.

I loved everything

It has all that’s needed for the family. It’s in a quiet and peaceful environment. The staff are awesome, warm and always ready to help

The hotel unilaterally cancelled our room reservation, despite making the reservation 7 months in advance. It seems the hotel had a more lucrative offer from a larger group, and they needed our room.

Our stay was made memorable by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The breakfast was decent and provided a good start to the day. The pool was a definite highlight for the kids. The gym, though small, was adequate for a quick workout. The on-site restaurant offered a decent dining experience. Overall, the hotel provides great value for money, making it a solid choice for a family-friendly getaway.It also seems like a lovely venue for events such as weddings and other special occasions.

While the hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, it felt more like a 3-star experience overall. The location is quite remote, with limited activities or attractions in the immediate vicinity, so it's worth considering if you're looking for a more secluded stay.

cleaning lady did not clean through entire stay, did not collect dirty cups and did not replace dirty towels.

Staff were attentive and professional. We felt welcome and looked after. Restaurant food was delicious, and well presented.

The rooms are a little bit old, but charming, the breakfast was ok. Tea and coffee making facilities available in the room but no fridge here. Nice staff and communication

If you are hoping for a sauna, check that it is working before you arrive. In our case, only the pool was available

This is a hotel in an old castle. The place is amazing, and the chandeliers alone make the place truly a memorable experience. We want to highlight the amazing barmen who helped us order food, and helped us so much, to the absolutely stocked breakfast. Was truly a great mix.

The beds were good but not as I would expect in a four or five star hotel. But it was a good firm bed.

This place is a true gem. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the spa was really the cherry on top. Breakfast was great but needs some gluten-free options. Also, booked a massage which was really amazing. Overall a great stay!

Liked the building and internal decorations - my room was fine. The conversion of the main building was very good. The spa, which I did not use, looked very enticing.

The evening meal - the buffet - was not impressive; perhaps, I should have had the a la carte option. The dining-room seemed undermanned, with most of the staff at the bar. The gardens looked rough at the edges - with puddles of water in some seemingly abandoned deck chairs.

Nice outside teritory, places for kids, spacious family appt. Kind personell. Breakfast was ok.

I guess you can never know, but there can be some... strange and noisy other guests. :)

The surrounding area was good

I stayed in room no. 1. The room was horrible. It was in the attic, where you cannot even stand beside the bed as the roof was going through. There was no air conditioning or ventilation. The TV did not work and the staff were extremely rude and did not care
