I stayed at this hotel just a week ago and had an overall positive experience. The front desk staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing me an early check-in after a long flight around the world. This gesture truly made my day, as waiting for a late check-in would have wiped me out further.The room itself was pleasant for a single traveler, and the hotel’s restaurant was outstanding, easily earning five stars out of four! The food was exceptional, and the service matched its quality. I plan to return to the area just to dine there again!The included breakfast was also fantastic, featuring a well-laid-out continental buffet with smoked meats, eggs, muesli, and yogurt, all fresh and delicious.Despite the discomfort of the bed, I found the room to be very quiet, allowing me to sleep well after my exhausting travels. Overall, I am grateful for the hotel staff and their efforts in making my stay relaxing and rejuvenating.

One major downside was the bed, which felt uncomfortably thin and, well, "German"... ;) The bed was like sleeping on a rock with a smidge of foam padding. This isn't isolated to this hotel - it is something I've noticed in my stay in German hotels around the country over the past thirty years; though I do wonder why the Germans seem to favor such hard mattresses. A memory foam option would make a world of difference in comfort.Additionally, I found the shower to be quite small, making it a bit challenging to get cleaned up; though the water pressure was fantastic and after my long days in transit, the shower felt much like a touch of heaven.

Nice place to stop on the way. Restaurant was also pretty good.

Restaurant and breakfast was excellent. We could not get the air conditioning to work and the room was very hot.

Facilities look good, they have gym and sauna. Restaurant is fine.

Room was very cold, not so many options at the restaurant. the breakfast didn't have so many options and portions were small.

We use this hotel every year on our drive over to Bulgaria. The underground parking is very good and keeps our belongings safe that we leave in the car. The hotel has a lovely little gym and the rooms are very comfortable.

Secure parking in underground garage for only 5eur, very convenient location with respect to A3 Autobahn. Quiet and comfortable room for a fair price.

Clean, convenient for car travel

No pot for tea or coffee, no wending machine in the facility, noisy air-conditioning

Clean room, spacious bathroom, great breakfast, very friendly staff, especially Ms Anna and Mr Micic. Location very convenient for A3 ride.

Very clean and comfortable room. Bed very comfortable. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Well equipped gym in basement. Underground parking is very secure and welcome as we were travelling for 5 days and had to leave most of our possessions in the car. We have stayed here for the last 2 years and have already rebooked for our journey back home.

The breakfast is tasted and the waiters very enthusiastic. I like them and have good mood the beginning of the day.

When check-in, i tell the hotel will stay for 3 nights although the booking order shows for 4 night, they said no problem, and i paid for 3 nights at the reception in advance. but when check out on the 3rd day, the hotel ask for pay for 4 nights due to the booking order still shows 4 nights. They said can do nothing unless i amend the order via booking.com. and booking.com customers service seems to be a empty department, no one reply in hours which makes me helpless.

We were travelling and needed a quiet place to rest and the location was perfect! The bed was amazing and the overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was really good and we chatted with Anna who was a lovely person! Thank you for everything

Reasonably priced hotel with good service.

Size of pillows is small.

Generally the hotels location is the main reason why I have booked the room.

On the booking.com website the breakfast is included when I made the booking, but apparently the breakfast has to be paid separately Euro 24. If someone tells me to pat €24 for a breakfast that is a kind of place I will not book. Breakfast no matter how good €24 is seriously overpriced, especially if they advertising that is included in the booking.
