Cons -
- The Room was very dusty, the heater was gurgling all night, the bath was dirty and dripping all night, the wooden bit in the middle of the bed hurts, the hot chocolate was very bitter, there are no facilities to make tea or coffee once the bistro was shut it is overpriced and I remember when I booked it cost £210 but they took £240 out of my account and then we paid €50 for 2 people breakfast that was very underwhelming.

Hotel in a great location - and Elvis lived there
No reception in the evening
Location by park, the grandeur of the building, very friendly staff and best of all the Elvis association and history.
We have no complaints
Staying in the very room where Elvis lived in 1958 was absolutely unforgettable. The room has been kept just as it was during his four-month stay, which gave me the feeling of stepping back in time and sharing a small piece of his world.Waking up to the beautiful view of the park felt so special, and the hotel’s central location made everything easy to enjoy. For me, spending the night here wasn’t just a stay in a hotel – it was an experience filled with history, atmosphere, and a real sense of connection. Truly magical and something I’ll always remember. Highly recommended for Elvis fans and anyone looking for a unique stay
My Daughter is a massive Elvis fan and the room is such a great treasure to find. It’s dated but that’s exactly the point! It’s as is! And that’s what you want.. any fan will not be disappointed.
Nothing! Well maybe a bit of bacon for breakfast would be nice but that’s just me being pedantic..
Visited the property because of its Elvis association. Booked a standard room as Elvis room already taken, great guy on reception came out, helped with our luggage, gave us a free upgrade to fabulous corner room with balcony, he was very knowledgable on the history and gave lots of background. The hotel has lots of original artefacts, real old style charm with modern twists. Short walk to restaurants, shops etc. Fab!

Stayed in the Elvis room which was a thrill, very excited to be able to spend the night in the same room Elvis lived in and it had the same furnishings. Breakfast was nice with freshly baked croissants
Friendly staff. Lovely hotel with the bonus factor that Elvis stayed there!
It was rather hot. Air conditioning would have been good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building was historic and very charming.
Some of the furniture was worn out. Eg. The headrests on the beds.
Great breakfast, and friendly and helpful staff.
