Amazing staff, breathtaking views, a wonderful beach, and really good food. Definitely a place where you want to spend your time.

It was peaceful and the staff were amazing, and you can just walk 15 mins and be at Playa Los Angeles—amazing way to end our trip! Good food and amazing pools with ocean views.

Food was awesome. Service was excepcional. All employees were super friendly and customer service was top tier. A perfect place to relax. Massages were awesome. Keep in mind current in the ocean is bad so not friendly to swim.

Beautiful property on a private stretch of beach. Spacious room facing the river/ocean. Love the open air dining area and the decks. The secluded pool area was great to combat the heat

There are steps to walk up to the reception and pool, but it’s not a big deal. Property could use a bit more lights at night

Everything was fantastic. The location and view is gorgeous. I can sit and just stare at the beauty for hours. The room is super comfortable, the food delicious and the staff cheery and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Tayrona!

There was nothing I didn’t love

Lovely location on both river and sea, although the beach was not usable, full of wood debris.

It would be helpful if more staff spoke English.

Stunning views, nature on your doorstep with caimens cruising along and iguanas perching in the trees while the lovely staff bring your drinks. Comfortable rooms, nicely decorated, although we did prefer the second room we were in (due to late booking/availability) since the glass windows (rather than mosquitos nets) helped the air con function better. Showers just delightful. Also had wonderful massages, super relaxing, at the same time. The breakfasts were amazing - loved the multi-course style.

We didn't like that we had to leave.

- Insane views - Nice location 5min walk from a beautiful beach with almost no people- Nice room, good aircon- Friendly staff- Good food

- There is free water however not self-service. You have to ask the waiters to fill up your water bottle, usually takes ~5min- No cappucino :)- No fridge in the room- The nicer pool on the photos (with sea view) is only for guests of the suites. The other pool is less nice and has no views- The same activities are more expensive in this hotel compared to neighboring hotels

Did not meet our expectations compared to the price

The staff was not very friendly, the pool shown in the pictures was in maintenance the whole stay, there is not direct access to the beach

Amazing location, friendly staff and cleaness

The pool with the River view is private! The round one was unavailable during the most part of our stay. The beach towels are terrible old and dirty (with holes). No complementary water available on the rooms. Construction on site.

The adverstised pool in the photos was not available during our stay. There are some problems with details (e.g. they gave as towels with stains; the room doesn’t include anything for free, not even a bottle of water)

Amazing place to stay with the beach river and the sea - also very close to Tayrona National Park .Accommodation was great and a special thank you to Erica on reception who managed to smooth out a small issue with our room. Also the cauliflower dish in the restaurant was lovely.Thank you - what a place.

Amazing location, the views were insane! Great amenities as well and the staff was super nice. I also recommend their food - we had dinner ever night and enjoyed every bite! Would 100% recommend staying here.

I really enjoyed my stay at Maloka. The staff was super nice and helpful! They always treat you with a big smile! : ) My bedroom was super nice. The site is gorgeous as well, with awesome spots to take great photographs! The beach is beatiful and private, pool area, bar and food, were delicious.

Im not sure if this is something I did not like, but it is kind of a bummer, that having access to a river and the beach, you can't really go in either one, because there are caymans in the river, and the beach is just too violent! At least it was during my stay.

No water for a short time!The steps to reception are not for anyone with a disability in walking.

Amazing location, stunningly beautiful. Wonderful property spread across several buildings across the sprawling site, all with their own version of the extraordinary sweeping views. Stylish, comfortable room with a balcony. Good breakfast, excellent dinner menu. But this place, for me, wasn’t about the food but the breath-taking location. Small disappointments… Sadly, some of the staff seemed less than fully engaged in their work. The flasks of hot water, supposedly available all day, were often empty.
