- The reception is almost always abandoned and sometimes closed all together. The doors to my room didn't muffle any noise at all, I could hear everything outside and I'm sure everyone could everything in my room. The beds are way too soft, my back hurt after the second day. Also advertises to have a 24/7 restaurant but I couldn't order anything at any hour, they don't even have a menu card so I don't know what's that about.

This room has absolutely nothing! I wish I do my research before booking this hotel. No toiletries at all! No kettle or cubs or even pen ! We where attending family wedding and was disappointed that we can’t get a pen to draw on the wedding card. This hotel is absolutely less than basic! Avoid !

Very clean and comfy hotel. Easy to find. Absolutely friendly and helping staff. Had to leave two days in a row by 7 a.m. during weekend, so i have asked personnel and was offered good breakfast boxes for take away. You could find 3 grocery shops in 2, 3 and 5 mins walk. Also there's very nice and tasty pasta restaurant in just 5 mins walk. Rooms are enough spacious, hot water running instantly, enough of electricity sockets in bathroom and the room itself, good lighting in bathroom. No bad smells or similar. Parking at the hotel is basically covering all the rooms. And there's an elevator, if your luggage is heavy. Wifi coverage is good.
No tea/ coffeepot in the room. Talking to staff one should know Polish, either talk with Google translate. Have met 3, only 1 talked English. But that's classical for Poland, you know where you're going. Breakfast in restaurant could be a bit richer.
