It’s clean room and nice breakfast

we found a paper clip (or possibly a needle) on the bed, which might have been left by accident. Also, it’s a bit noisy at night due to the cars passing by on the road.

Breakfasts are very bad. Cheese was not offered. Price is higher than expected. There is no microwave in whole hotel, so if you have something to warm up - better to choose another place. Carpet near the entrance door in out roon was very dirty, toilet was leaking all time. Fun fact, that just above it there is a sigh to save water. So many problems, only one thing is good - location.

We enjoyed everything! Good location, well laid-out and clean hotel with helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble, we asked for extra pillows late in the evening and they were delivered to us immediately - we’re incredibly grateful. The breakfast was great, plenty of variety and the breakfast room is bright and welcoming. Our room was basic, but clean and had everything we needed. Clean bathroom, good shower - overall a great stay.

Very neat and clean as well as peaceful. I liked the staff, so welcoming Paulina at the reception, and another lady l could not get her name who was on night shift on Saturday at reception and a lady cleaning called Lydia, so jovial. A place to be again on my next trip.

Location: Close to public transport and has a decently sized parking lot. ~10 min walk from major tourist attractions. Room: Rather spacious for one person and I'd imagine it'd be enough for two.Cleanliness: You can request daily room service, very dedicated staff that's always there to help.Minibar: Woda gazowana and woda niegazowana are included and will be supplied through room service. Decorations are fine and gives off a cosy feeling

The power outlets can be a bit far from the bed if you prefer charging phones beside your bedThe heater in the shower room is a bit old and you might need to click on the time-limited switch a few time to heat up the air. But it's safer, so I'm okay with it ;)

Good location, not too far from the main square and was very clean. All hotel staff were very nice and friendly.

This is a very small point but I prefer 2 pillows on the bed but there was only 1, again this is not a huge issue I probably could have asked for another.

Price was reasonable, service was very friendly, cleaning was good and the rooms were quiet.

Location is not very nice- overlooking a busy highway with ugly buildings around. But its walking distance to nice parts of the city. Breakfast was hard for me- same things every day and I did not like most of them. Some different type of cheeses or spreads for the bread would have been very appreciated.

Not expensive, quite comfortable, not too to the centre.

Clean, quiet, room was big enough. Kettle and tea bags were in the room.

It wasn't face towel in the bathroom. No fridge also. Bed linen was clean, but with some small hair in it.

The staff was nice and variety for breakfast

I didn’t like the smell of cigarettes in the lifts and corridors, there should be specific smoking areas

The water in cans should be put in plastics Mini fridges are needed and there is need to put food like snacks in the rooms for sale etc

Very dated and needs an entire refurb. No balconies. Parking should be free.

well this is a very cute hotel with young spirit. A lot of youth groups are staying here regularly and it got a very nice and welcoming atmosphere. The room was modern and nice, the bed was fine for a good and long sleep and the stuff seems very helpful.The breakfast was normal in the standards of this country which means high above then anything you can find in Belgium.
