Friendly staff, clean rooms and surprisingly large.

Excellent location and the Irish pub/restaurant was connected. Breakfast was good.

Beds could have been a bit comfier.

Perfect location. The hotel has spacious rooms, comfortable beds. There is also a very good hot breakfast buffet. Staff is friendly and couterous.

Small hotel. Nice breakfast for this size hotel. Staff friendly and accommodating. Centrally located in Old Town. Irish bar conveniently attached to hotel. Would stay here again.

The hotel is located in the old town, very close to a variety of nice restaurants.

I was given Room 5, a dark and claustrophobic space with no fresh air and almost no natural light. The only window faced the interior staircase and could not be opened. For any privacy, the curtain had to remain closed, making the room dark. Even with all the lights turned on, it was nearly impossible to get enough light to read.The bed was not very comfortable, with only a small blanket and a tiny pillow.Breakfast was mediocre: not bad, but not particularly good either. The hot food (fried egg, vegetables, mushrooms) was actually served cold.

The location is excellent. The hotel is just across the road from the bus station and it's in the very centre of the old town. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a good choice of hot and cold dishes, the breakfast room was cosy. The reception staff was very nice.

The breakfast was available buffet style however the temperature of the food was unacceptable with fried eggs always found cold, bacon overcooked, sausage and mushrooms luke warm.Mini bar in the room was not restocked daily, used glass and cup was not replaced daily and left dirty

It was my mistake to take single room without window (window is present, but it looks on internal stairs)-it’s very dark and no fresh air. Definitely will stay in this hotel again, but in room with classic window?

the location was excellent. great building and rooms. clean, warm and quiet with parking to the rear.

it's not a grumble but the staff on reception were a bit austere. not unfriendly, but not friendly either. A minor point tbh

Property is in a great location, great value for money, serves breakfast till 11. We had a late check out at 1:00. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again.

Nice place in the center of History. Everyday cleaning was great.

Taxi drivers not telling you that you have to walk to property. No room in fridge because of mini-bar use. Room very hot: you can open window and turn off the radiators but you then have noise of workmen and the adjacent bar instead.

I've been to Lublin twice, and I stayed here both times. Warm in the winter, comfortable bed, good wireless internet, friend staff who speak English, decenet breakfast and the old town all around you.

A few trip hazzards that wouldn't be difficult to fix.

Modern small hotel, cosy room, perfect location, very good breakfast

We had a room on the upper floor with a window facing the inner yard, and everything would have been perfect if not for the open bar in the yard. The loud music and people continued late into the night, and even closing the window didn’t help

Lovely quiet room and breakfast was very nice. Right in the heart of the old town so close to everything. Comfortable and had everything we needed. Lift to room and room for our bags!

Very good breakfast, Nice spacy room. Hotel directly in the city centre. Hotel parking at the back of the hotel. Very friendly staff - at the reception as well as at the breakfast. Breakfast served on the terrace looking at the beautiful city square. Everything was perfect!
