    Pros +

    • Food is goodTerritory is good
    • We often visit the hotel and once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We like the greenery surrounding the hotel and its cleanliness.
    • The Breakfast was good. The facilities was okay for its standard.

    Cons -

    • We stayed for one night during a conference, and we were not informed in advance that such a large event would be taking place. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt overcrowded, starting already at reception. The reception area was also not clean. We came with children and saw tables with a lot of dirty dishes and alcohol glasses left out. We waited around 40 minutes and during that time nobody cleared anything. The two rooms we had booked for us and our kids were not available, so we were placed in one room instead.Dinner was moved to the second floor into a strange room because there was a party happening on the first floor. What upset us most was the lack of housekeeping during the event. Used trays and leftover food were left in the corridor near our door and stayed there for almost a full day, so every time we stepped out we saw trays with dirty dishes.Maybe the hotel is better when there are no conferences, but this stay did not meet expectations. If you are planning a family stay, I strongly recommend checking in advance whether a conference is happening.
    • Room is very dirty and looks like 3*No teapot, no tea/coffee in the room, no minibar. No iron, no robe, no sleepers. Old furniture, dirty carpet.Prices:For 3 nights I paid $650 for a standard room. When I saw the room I was disappointed, but thought OK, maybe this price for the whole territory, spa, entertainment. But they charge a lot for other stuff additionally:1. To play tennis - 70 zl per hour2. SPA downstairs (4 saunas + 1 small pool) - 150 zl per person per hour3. Massage - 450 zl per hour (it was horrible)4. Restaurant - main course average price 80-100 zl. So for 2 people it was about 250-300 zl per dinnerSo for each entertainment you need to pay separately. Main swimming pool and 2 saunas are for free. Definitely will not get back here.
    • One small thing. On one of the days next to the river the bins were overflowing and there was some litter on the ground.

The Breakfast was good. The facilities was okay for its standard.

We had lunch at the Aruana on arrival. The staffs are not friendly and I find them very racist on serving us during our orders. We tried to have sausage BBQ in the open area but was waiting in line and there was no control of customers making orders and only to be nudge out of the queue. And then we move to Disco Bar (near Bowling alley) The bartenders are great but the waitress aren't that friendly and moreover there we so many tables that weren't clean as we had a hard time finding a clean table. For a prestigious hotel like Narvil, this is something that shouldn't happen.

Beautiful and secluded place among the forest, very varied breakfast, the cook of the restaurant on the territory of the hotel just 10 out of 10, I do not understand why such a low rating was given to the institution. A variety of leisure activities to suit all tastes

Very large hotel, for such a relaxation area, with a small pool and 2 saunas, and the second sauna stopped working on one of the days. You can get lost in the corridors. You can get cold when you get to your room from the spa area. There was a stain on the issued bathrobe, in the room stains on the carpet. No cosmetic accessories in the room, except for a shower cap, soap and universal product shower gel + shampoo, which I consider nonsense. For the price, quite for Poland, should work more on quality rather than quantity

A hotel with a very beautiful spa area. The location of the hotel is also excellent — near the river. It truly feels like a reconnection with nature. The breakfasts at the hotel are quite good.

The restaurant has a very limited food selection and very high prices. There was nothing for me to simply have a decent meal. I had to order room service every day because the menu there was more nutritious and diverse. It’s a shame there isn’t a second, more casual restaurant with a menu similar to the room service options.

The sauna and pool facilities are excellent—well-kept, clean, and well-maintained. The spa section is equally impressive, offering great massages in a relaxing and pristine environment. Overall, the amenities are good, though the price is on the higher side.

The rooms left much to be desired. They were old, shabby, and outdated, with stains on the carpet. We had to ask for every little thing, like robes and slippers, and there were no toiletries provided. The shower gel was simply placed in the corner of the shower instead of being mounted, a sign that it hadn’t been fixed. To make matters worse, despite informing them in advance that we are newlyweds, they gave us a room with two separate beds. This stay was a real disappointment after many years of loyalty.

Location, beautiful nature near the river.Comfortable parking.

The staff wasn’t particularly friendly. In the restaurant, the waiter mixed up the dessert we ordered, and instead of simply bringing a new one, he kept insisting that it was our mistake (even though I don’t like the dessert he brought, so I wouldn’t have even considered it as an option). The restaurant itself is very overpriced, and the food is not exceptional. The presentation is quite interesting, though. The cocktails have a non-traditional taste (too sour), and we had to wait about 20 minutes at the bar to place our order, even though it wasn’t busy. Additionally, the area was quite dirty. The most disappointing part was that the interior of the building looks shabby—there were visible signs of damage in some places. The carpet in the corridor leading to the room, as well as in the room itself, was dirty and had burnt stains. On the morning of our departure, a dirty mattress was thrown into the corridor, and we had to walk past it three times. I don’t understand why it couldn’t have been removed immediately. The room itself was very modest, but that’s okay. The building’s layout is inconvenient—our room was extremely far from the elevator (I’ve never seen anything like it before), it actually took about 7-10 minutes to walk down the corridor (which, as mentioned, wasn’t very pleasant).

Location and facilities are just amazing. If the weather permits it is perfect walking and jogging area. Of course during summer it is great water sports place. Autumn stay was cosy and comfortable. Definitely perfect place for kids and families. We will be back

There is not much choice of restaurants and the only one available is very expensive. The food was great but there should be some alternatives for simple family meals. Prices are unreasonable. We wanted to come with 2 dogs, the charge 100PLN per night per dog is on high side, and though we understand cleaning is more time consuming after, still the charge for 2 dogs is out of the blue. Pity, as hotel is a great place to come with animals and to enjoy the stay

Great pool and facilities. Great kids club. Good brunch breakfast. Wonderful location near lake.

Uncomfortable bed/pillows, packed entrance area, eating area placed in the middle of the hotel which took away from the experience.

Perfect lication near the river. Very good staff, good restaurant, superb grounds and view from room. Excellent shower.

No iron in room (but we didn't ask, either)

Excellent location, good quality of food

Need to pay extra 75 PLN for second person (my wife), as according to the receptionist second person is not mentioned during reservation

    It was cool.

I cut my leg in the pool. Maybe I would have thought it was me being clumsy if another visitor hadn't cut his foot within 5 minutes of me.

location next to the forest and lake and many water sports and activities available (for a fee)very nice and helpful staffbeautiful restaurant garden

Room was basic - no kettle, coffee, tea, no toiletries except soap and shampoo in 1, quite disappointing for 4 stars hotelSpa - massages are too light, should retrain the staff to give proper massages. The design of spa is also weird, the waiting area is huge but the relaxing zone is small Beach was small, not impressiveLoud music at 6am, not sure is it from a wedding or breakfast area...Hotel is dog friendly which is great but unfortunately inconsiderate guests leave them in the room, they bark all day due to anxiety, poor animals

    5JagodaPosted on: 8-26-2024

Duzy obiekt, mily I pomocny personel w restauracji.

Horrible rooms that require extensive renovations. Awful carpets full of disgusting green stains. The furnitures are used, scratched and dirty. Old, used towels require updating. After complaining about the room, no one has apologised for the inconvenience caused and we have been offered a room with renovations outside. The hotel is ‘ dog friendly’ and you have to pay 100 PLN per night per pet, however they don’t provide any bowls or blanket…
