Very spacious and comfortable room; renovation done with care; super friendly and caring staff; scrambled eggs individually made for breakfast; easy ample parking

I was a bit confused about finding the hotel but called and got directions and even met on the way - so not really a problem

Hotel is clean and pleasant and looks more expensive than it actually is. The breakfast/dining room in particular is very spacious and fancy.

The hotel was just a little bit chilly in October.

Large, clean suite room on the oldish side. Breakfast buffet was quite plentiful - better than anticipated. Staff were friendly. Provided secure tandem bicycle parking. Restaurant options within 1 kms

Receptionist hardly speaks any English, beds hard, bed linen stained, price was not reasonable (in addition, unfortunately, high exchange rate charges paid).

The only light in the living room of the apartment was a ceiling light which was very bright and annoying and uncomfortable to have on.The jacuzzi is nice and big but the water was cold (for a jacuzzi) and there was no way to heat it up. Such a tiny bathroom and shower compared to the size of the room

Great place for overnight stay on our way to Alps.Clean, quiet and decent breakfast.Nice park nearby to walk our dog after long day in the car.

This is not my first stay there. I like this hotel. It very good for short term stay as example transit.

Personal was superb as well as the small but comfy sauna. Breakfast was huge!

Spacious room, nice food

Smell of sewage in the spa and in the bathroom, many bulbs are missing in the lamps.

Decent continental style breakfast, plenty of diverse foods for every taste. Parking on the premises, rather large room with clean and nice bathroom.

Very friendly reception staff.

Towels were still wet and had musty smell, spa facilities had musty smell too, jacuzzi water looked really dirty, did not brave to get in. Breakfast choice was good but juice was out of date, and some of the food was not fresh. Would not stay here again.

Stay away from this hotel.

There were no electricity whole stay, stuff were no interested in helping, nightmare stay with 3 children. Breakfast was bad. Water was running in toilet, shower floor was broken.

Very spacious room with two additional double seat armchair beds apart from double bed already in the room. We loved the space and little kitchen amendment with a fridge and a kettle there. The breakfast was very generous with great selection of different food products, coffee was also excellent from the coffee machine. We forgot the bottle warmer for our baby which was left behind, the member of staff called us to let us know and kept the item for the collection later on.

There was no hot water for one day but the owner managed to fix it upon arrival.

Uncomfortable bed, no hot water in the shower

There wasn't hot water in the shower, and reception is working until 22h. In the morning when I told them, they only say we are so sorry. Also, bed have a sag in the middle, it's extremely uncomfortable. There is no bed for dog, but ok, but there isn't even bowl for water.Some people were arguing in the hall and room next to mine and it was like we are all together in the same room.Breakfast is ok, nothing special.I won't stay there again.

Nice people who assist you very well even with a last moment booking and late arrival. Breakfast was excellent!

Breakfast was good.Playroom for kids was not very clean, but our child still enjoyed it.

They wanted to charge extra 12,5 Eur for a cat. The information that they charge extra was not represented on booking.The receptionist spoke only polish. And few words in Russian.Facilities are pretty old.
