Sanatorium Uzdrowiskowe Augustów

Beds were comfortable. Except pillows Good breakfast, nice walk around lake Weather didn’t cooperate with my stay

They should invest in better pillows, they are small and flat

The rooms are comfortable, the staff is helpful, the breakfast is very good. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Check-in from 3:00 PM. We arrived at 10:00 AM, they checked the rooms and we were able to move in.

We had hoped to spend more time in the pool and saunas. The water is cool, the spaces are very uncomfortably cold, there is no place to put shampoo in the showers. The men's showers had cold water. Saunas are open for a short time from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM, swimming pool until 8:00 PM. The pillows are very small.

The swimming pool do not work at our visit time, so it was not to much to do except go for a walk or do body treatment at their SPA. I have booked foot scrub, massage and wax treatment and face massage. Beauty therapist Inga is so good, pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend her. Get nice 2 hours relax and new, younger face look and fresh soft feet's. Thank you Inga.

Smell in the corridor's, no coffee machine in the room. Booking can inform about closed swimming pool.

Be carefull,when you book the room in uzdrowiskowe Augustow, because there are 3 buildings, what is not mentioned, when you book the room. C paviljon is just a ancillary building with 5 rooms, near the road, very noisy, the rooms are very economic ones and the smell from the shower is untolerable. I was very disapointed,because payed like for normal hotel

We liked the place very mutch. Especialy friendly, profesional and helpfull was Inga from the spa . Extraordinary staff member.

The location is very good near a great path bordering the lake and forest to the Augustow city centre.

The breakfast was not as good as we are used to. The kind of foods available perhaps were more suited for the elderly population that was in attendance at the hotel when we were there.

poor spa facilities, short sauna and infrared sauna working hours. they dont have restaurant where to eat, only self service dinner. they have bar with poor menu and bad environment. We going to eat in near hotel, where the environment is nice, food and service also good. Breakfast also poor and low quality, breakfast room has bad smell. No one in hotel speak english or russian.

Place is wonderfull. Room is clean, and breakfast is very good.

the dinning options is available only till 18.30, but You can go to the hotel "Warshava" for dinner. We have no robes in the rooms for going to SPA. And you must be ready that it is sanatorium- in swimming pool part is making exersizes, other part just walking, so you have no enough space for swimming

The breakfast was very good. Tasty, fresh and big selection. Also the staff was always friendly and helpful.

The staff - 10/10! Never had a better service in my life. Special thank to Inga at reception, she went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Food was great, massage was amazing too.

Pool was lukewarm and jacuzzi was way too cold.

I was located in a building very far away of main building, behind a forest. There was no cleaning after first day of stayPictures are not aligned with room assigned

Swimming pool was not working

Perfect place to relax. Very deliciuos breakfast.

It was cold in the spa zone. We asked to clean our room and we expected that the towels will be changed. But it wasn`t. Even that towel which was on the floor. It was cleaned, but not changed... It was so unpleasant. also, there was a plastic sheet on our bed. For me, it was very uncomfortable to sleep,. It will be better if next time this plastic sheet is removed.
