Near city center in the heart of old town, groceries nearby, main city square 5min by foot, river Nemunas 5min by foot, publuc transport 3min by foot, free parking nearby.

Awful coffee in restaurant, at spa works only 1 of 3 sauna, small pool with non working cascade, poor garden view, shower gel/shampoo not provided, sleepy lounge corner in the loby.

Very good facilities, delicious breakfast, very good location near the center of the city. Perfect place for resting. I will definitely come back.

It was clean, very comfortable bed, average breakfast, nice and caring stuff, good location, but I believe there are no bad locations in Druskininkai, as everyhting there is in the walking distance.

The hotel is established in the 90s, so the style of the hotel is still the same like then. So if you miss 90s vibe, then it is a place for you. Breakfast is poor if you are vegetarian. The so called "spa" (a very small swimming pool and sauna) are open just for 3-4 hours in the morning. The hotel does not worth the price you pay.

We went on holiday to visit the Acquapark in Druskininkai. Galia had a much better value for money proposition and matched our expectations. BWT, Waterpark is just 5 5-minute walk. And on Mondays, Galia has a discount to access the WaterPark facilities.

Internet connection was poor (especially in the evenings).

- Spacious room- Friendly and helpful staff- The owner was responsive to feedback and initiated a pleasant and open conversation

- Uncomfortable beds – So bad we left a day early. To their credit, the staff offered extra cushioning after we mentioned it, but we had already decided to leave.- Disappointing breakfast – Plenty of options, but nothing looked appetizing.- Underwhelming spa – Not inviting enough for a second visit.- Housekeeping issues – Our room seemed forgotten, and the towels didn’t feel very clean.

Was very hot in the room, like 27 degrees. Nothing helped to cool down the room as the underfloor heating was on.

Location was ideal as it was ten minutes walk from the main area, where we went on the ski lift to the slopes/ the water park etc. Plus a few minutes drive from the large supermarkets on the edge of town. Great restaurants in walking distance. The staff were really friendly, breakfast was absolutely incredible with the best selection I have ever seen, from pancakes to yogurt, to sausages to pastries, but also nuts and seeds, caviar on eggs etc. The staff were lovely and were able to wash clothes that were covered in mud from when we had to change a spare tyre in the rain.

I would struggle to think of anything negative. I had thought there was no radiators to dry our wet jackets on- but then realised there was a whole drying room!

Good location, room was clean, bed sheets were soft. The room was kinda spacious. It included a vanity table, separate table where we could eat or we used to use a laptop comfortably and a coffee table. The room kinda felt like a small apartment in a good way.

Slow WiFi and the pool had certain equipment to turn the jets or water fountain, but it was turned off or not working, non the less it was enjoyable to use the pool after the sauna.

The temperature in the rooms is slightly too high.

The room was big, well equipped, super clean and warm (outside was -10 degrees Celsius). The bathroom was also very clean. Excellent location, close to the center and Aquapark. The hotel also provided us with a 10% discount on tickets to the Aquapark.

Breakfast could be more varied. A small problem with the limited number of parking spaces that belong to the hotel. Once we could not park our car in the hotel parking lot, but the car was parked on the street without a problem. We did not use the spa. Until 12:00 in the morning the entrance to the spa is free, after that the price is 10 euros per 1h per personIn my opinion a bit too high.

Cleanliness and facilities

There was basically no breakfast left when we came in at 9.15am and after 20min waiting it was not topped up

The room was spacious and warm and the bed was very comfortable. We liked the location - for us it was perfect. The staff is excellent too - they upgraded our room although we had not asked for it, so we were very pleased.

The pool/sauna area needs renovation. Also, out of 3 saunas only 1 was working, and not all cabins in the changing room had keys and could lock up. The water in the pool one morning was covered with some substance, perhaps chlorine, and it did not look good, so I just took a shower instead.

Very nice staff, good parking. Very quiet relaxing stay.

Pet friendly hotel which is amazing! Has a small pool and sauna, friendly staff, clean, good location, only 650 meters to the central square and aqua park. We had family room with 2 bedrooms, small living room and kitchen, also a balcony and spacious bathroom.

Nothing. Everything was as expected.
