Omega Hotel

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, a bit away from city center. Breakfast was nice with a variety of choices.

They do not provide toiletries, so have to carry with yourself.

Breakfast wasnt good poor range of items. Dry cleaning facilities not as advertised.

This hotel is nice, and it has a large parking area which I found really helpful having spent some time in Olsztyn staying in places where the parking was sometimes difficult.

Tried to have dinner twice at the hotels restaurant, but gave up both times after waiting 10-15 minutes without finding the restaurant host(ess) to help seat me at a table.

Perfect breakfast with variety of food. It was very delicious. Great location next to the lake and restaurants.

Swimming pool is for additional fee.

Very helpful friendly staff. Beautiful location with nice views from breakfast room and terrace onto lake. Close to Olsztyn old town easy reachable with bike or public transport. Good breakfast and dinner buffet.

The mattress was a bit worn down and walls/doors seemed rather thin so you could hear people talking rather well in the room. The big street on one side of the hotel was rather loud also during the night.

Professional service, smiling, delicious food, clean and pleasant, I recommend much.

Everything is perfect except for the so-called gym which is something like a gym in the parks for 70+

A comfortable hotel located next to a lake.There was a wedding during my stay and my room was very noisy.I was offered an alternative room which was very helpful.

The hotel was very modern and the food in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was a good variety on offer and well presented. Room was comfortable and a good shower

You could hear people in the corridor through the air vents, not just muffled but word for word.

Big garden. Nice menu for lunch/dinner Closeness to the lake.

Not many choices for breakfast.The apartment we were in was close to the stairs where the was nominated smokers spot.

The room was not cleaned on the second day of stay even when asked, they just changed the towels.

The location is perfect next to the lake and access to the beach in walking distance 2min. The restaurant is quite good too.

The room was dirty and did not have the amenities advertised. Shampoo was not there / one towel missing, the hair drier work for 1min then turns off and smell like fire. We ask the front desk and only the towel was provided. The room was dirty next to the window.

The hotel is situated nicely on the beach with a lovely boardwalk. The food was good and the service pleasant. They welcomed our dog.

Bed was woeful. Old box-springs where you could feel every spring. The first priority of a hotel should be a good night's sleep. The room was a bit worn out, no bedside table on one side of the bed, floor in the bathroom was horribly cold.

Location, cleanliness, very nice staff

Was cold! We spent 2nights with 2y child! We returned sick! Very old radiator. No radiator in the bathroom! We tried to change a room but in the second room was the same!

The mattress was awful, trampoline-type: every time one person moves, the other one jumps. The walls were dirty and had a lot of holes and scratches. There is no shampoo nor conditioner in the bathroom, just a cheap soap. We were waiting 30 minutes to order in the hotel restaurant and then another 40 to just get a soup, had to give up on the main course. We were informed about the parking fee after we booked with no refund option. The breakfast wasn’t bad but below average for the price - leaky scrambled eggs, one of two coffee machines was broken so we had to wait in a long line to get a coffee, fake juices, at 9:20 there was almost nothing left.

Well-maintained hotel at Ukiel Lake. Breakfast was tasty staff was friendly and helpful. Good price/performance ratio.Hotel restaurant offers traditional polish kitchen with some asian fusions - we enjoyed it a lot! Modern design, comfortable seats and it's air-conditioned. Soups and main dishes are really good, desserts needs probably some improvement.Big plus for children playground close to the restaurant, so you can enjoy dinner and keep your kids busy. Highly recommended!

Nothing particular, it was fine.Maybe one small thing regarding power supply for the fridge - when you take the room card out of the socket, all electricity in your room, including fridge will be switched off. This was a bit strange, but it is a minor thing.

If you want to spend time at the lake, it is a top location. The terrace of the hotel has a nice view, but you are at the Lake beach in 2min walk as well. There is also a bus Station close by to get to the city centre. The rooms are simple but clean and equipped with everything which is required.
