The location is great, right next to the old town

I had a huge bedbug infection after visiting this place

The only things I liked:1. Private bathroom.2. There was a nice lady at the reception.3. The location - but ONLY during the day.4. It was a bit of a sentimental stay after many years.

I hated the noises of souses on the first floor and outdoors! I couldn't sleep all night. The bed was horrible. The noises of people's repugnant behavior at night was just unacceptable.

Location is good .

The bathroom water went down so slow in both sink and shower room.

Perfect location, close free parking. Suprisingly calm at night.

There was smell of smoke in staircase.

Exceeded all my expectations! Being in the very center of the city and immediately going out to the old town or cafes was very pleasant. Everything is within walking distance. I recommend it to everyone!One of the nuances is the shared shower, but I won't point it out as a minus, you pay everything according to the description

Great location, on the very edge of the Olsztyn Market Square, 10 minutes walk from the train station, tram and bus stops just couple steps from the front door. The beds were quite comfortable and the room was adequately cleaned. Overall not bad value for money if you're just looking for a place to sleep.

Big sign on the building quite humurously gives the game away, HO TEL with a space where an S used to be until recently. It feels like it got rebranded as a 1* hotel on a technicality, and never actually got any renovation. The wallpaper is peeling at places, carpet is kept down with screws sticking out enough to hurt your feet, bedsheets are thin enough to show patches sewn onto the mattress. Bathroom is passable until you notice faint weird smell and what looks like spots of black mold on the grout between tiles. The only electric outlet in our room was behind the TV, which was a good laugh since there was a lamp on the bedside table we had nowhere to plug into.

The location is just perfect! The lady at the reception was very kind - I asked for the very late check-in and she was waiting for me. Great service and location!

Everything is fine

I came here late at night after train delays. The receptionist was very helpful and let me lock my bike up in the entrance hall. Its location is fantastic and the rooms have been given a classic feel. It’s brilliant for the price but it could be outstanding with a bit more attention to detail.

There was a drains smell on the bathroom. Some of the wall fittings were loose and the floor was a bit broken.

Location is good - right nearby Old City Gate (it has some disadvantages, like noise, but it's still worth pointing out, that it is literally on the border of the beautiful Old City).No problems with staff. Tap water is good (just like in most of Olsztyn).

Golden age of this hotel is long gone. 2 decades ago it was probably great place, bot it has aged poorly.Heaters are ancient and need to be replaced with something modern. There is no room AC, which is especially bad for a location near old city - place full of noisy drunkards - so at night You face choice between heat or noise.Some rooms are really far away from shared bathrooms.

My sheet was changed at request. Luggage storage at reception.

Much foreign hair in the room and bed. Dirty sheet, it looked used, as if it hadn't been changed. Unclean floor.

Friendly staff, good location and comfy beds. Quiet all night. Bathroom was clean, except the spider in the corner of the shower. Nice that there was a sink in the room.

Excellent location, super restaurant downstairs with very tasty food and big portions, the hotel has a character and part of historical building. Olsztyn is a beautiful place, plenty things to do around- nature, philharmonic theatre, puppets theatre, museums ( very good was museum of Warmia and Masuria), busy night life. The hotel has a 24 hours reception desk…. Recommend….

The hotel has several floors but no elevator ( for someone it could be a problem) . I wish rooms have a kettle, not to go to reception for a cup of tea…..
