Best Western Plus Hotel Olsztyn Old Town

The junior suite is suitable for a small family, with a nice large bathroom and fairly comfortable sofa bed. The location is great for seeing the city or just a short stopover.

We arrived on a snowy day, and found that both parking entrances were covered by snow, so much that our car got stuck in the entrance. There were two staff in the reception, who did not offer to help us shovel snow, despite us having two small children in the car. We had to park in a parking lot down the street. It was frustrating that there was staff available, but that they did not spend time removing snow for the hotels' clients.

The location

Breaky old style and repetitive all days same meals. The hotel doesn’t have enough facilities like gym or spa. Tv channels only locals and in polish.

The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Underground secure parking. Short walk to town center.

Great location, comfortable bed and overall a clean room. Nice bathroom with a large shower and good water pressure. Decent breakfast, though nothing amazing.

When we checked in, our room was not totally clean. We were moved to a different room, which had the same problem... Thankfully the receptionist was able to take care of the problem. Also, the sound insulation is not great, and you can hear things happening in the rooms around.

Great hotel for business trips and short stays. Liked it for my stay in Olstyn. Does the job for having a night. Nice staff, clean rooms, nice restaurant. Can't complain had a nice time there.

The room was clean and breakfast was tasty. Hotel has a great location - near the old town and close to the railway station. I also enjoyed the view of the fall trees from my room window and the fall in the city ?It's really comfortable variant for a short trips to explore the city.

The location was very good. I enjoyed how close to the old town it was. I enjoy the quietness of the room as well as comfy bedding.

Perhaps, I didn't realize how to enter the building without lagging the suitcase up the stairs. Itb would be nice to have handles for the room wardrobe.

I like the duvet and pillows. Easy to get free parking as well especially on weekends.

The location. Although it is close to the old town, the hotel itself is located in a bad neighbourhood. I don't feel safe when I walk alone there, especially at night.

Strange, but there is no fridge in the room.The doors in the shower enclosure are skewed, so they do not close completely.Very old elevator.

An excellent hotel for a short stay on the way to the lakes. Definitely worth the price and more! Spacious and clean rooms, plenty of parking.

For some reason in my room was not possible open windows. Lift are very slow :)

We booked the room only few hours befor arriving and it was confirmed within few minutes. There was water and coffee in the room that recharged us well after travelling. Room was nice! And the breakfast - simple, but super deliciuos.

Nice, clean, good parking, super conditioner in room. Small,but good choice in breakfast! Lovely location! Dog friendly, lovely staff, comfy beds.

I suggest hotel to clean his street side. I don’t know why in Olsztyn is such dirty street sides, full with garbage, but at least hotel can clean street side of hotel. Missing bin beside main doors too.

It's very close to Old Town, breakfast was really tasty with a selection of eggs, fruits, even fish. I liked the fragrance of soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Big plus for AC in the room and breakfast room.

The shower door didn't close properly, also paying for the car park while staying in the hotel I think was too much. There is a public parking space outside the hotel free of charge during the weekends if you want to spare some money.

Staff were friendly , location very good ,room designed well with comfortable beds . Liked the room numbers being lit up too Evening meal was tasty and top marks to the waitress for using English which I didn't expect Good breakfast

The entrance !I use a stick and when faced with twenty steps up.to reception I wasn't impressed . A guest carried my small case up for me Staff were apologetic and said I could use the garage as access but in this day and age there should be a way in and out that's easier for those who struggle with mobility ......I watched others without mobility issues look at the steps too and you could tell what they were thinking as well

A descent hotel with clean rooms. Everything worked. Breakfast was sustantial and tasty although not delitious. Great location. Good value for the money.

The bed was a bit small.
