I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. I chose this property specifically because the description and recent guest photos advertised a pool and spa. However, upon arrival, I was told the pool was under renovation.At no point was I warned in advance, despite the fact that the in-room 'Property Policy' book still lists pool hours and rules as if it’s operational. I feel completely misled. When I brought this up, the property refused to offer any compensation for the lack of advertised amenities. If you are booking for the pool, be aware that the listing is inaccurate and management is unwilling to make it right.

Beautiful location, nice playroom for kids and wonderful swimming and spa facilities.

No air conditioning in rooms and the gym didn’t open until 10 AM.

We were made aware upon our arrival that a wedding party is to take place, ok fine no problem. However, I paid extra for a lakeside view, this was a mistake as the party took place outside of our room. A group of people at a table directly outside our window where they extremely noisy beyond 5am. There was no air conditioning or fans in the room. So it was noisy and hot. We complained to the receptionist who moved them on, but why wasn't this actioned sooner? Then a van was loaded up again next to our window it was after 6am before there was any peace .....not what you going for a relaxing hotel for !

Close to the lake and bus station. Good breakfast.

Dirty and old toilet in the room. We supposed to have lake view and that was just small window where you hardly could see anything. Loud in the corridor, we could hear the staff having toilet and shower just next to our room. The water from the staff toilet was coming to our floor in the room. Additional payment for bathrope (hotel claims to be SPA hotel, this is basic service and should be there). Small water in the room should be provided. Good that grocery shop is nearby. Generally potential for nice small cozy hotel but lack of small things makes it not cozy and cheap feeling.

Amazing place with lake right outside of the hotel. Great restaurant! Great food also for breakfasts as well as from menu in the restaurant. Reception has two friendly cats which making stay super cosy :) Pool and jacuzzi also great.

Don't understand why does it have only two stars

Good size room for 4 people. All four of us had our own comfortable bed. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the food was very good. Free parking right outside of the hotel.

It was an attic room with skylight, so unfortunately no view. There was no elevator, so we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs – one being an attic stair. Slept poorly due to heat and a wedding held in the gardens of the hotel, and the party lasted all of our first night. Employees could be more accommodating and offer a smile.

Dont like breakfast very untasty food and horrible coffee. There are no hair dryer and no soap in the roam . Be careful with washing basins installed with wrong angle and everything you put the falling out.

The hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast is nice in lovely restaurant area.

Not big assortment, but nice breakfast. Big space for car parking. In the summer time should be nice because hotel is near the lake.

Rooms needs for the renovation. Swimming pool is nice place for relax after long driving, but half of the facilities do not work.

Location and spa facilities

I could only use spa facilities once per my stay, and that was the only reason for booking this hotel. Room was outdated and looked really old with broken toilet seat and cold and hot water being colour coded wrong(I almost burnt myself due to that)There was a wedding outside with loud music playing til 4am(I couldn't sleep until it stopped)Fire alarm keep going off during the night

The best part of this hotel is a swimming pool with a jacuzzi and sauna, which are usually included in the price. One more nice thing is a terrace of the restaurant in a beautiful lakeside setting.

The hotel itself and its rooms need investment, repair, love, and taste. Room No 31 had a bad smell, and room No 6 had creaky beds, doors, and floors, it seemed that everything there was squeaky.

The location near the lake, very good price which included 1 hour of usage of swimming pool, jacuzzi, 2 saunas or as alternative a gym per day.Relatively good food in the restaurant. Uber taxi costs around 3 EUR to the old town.

Lack of soap, kettle and fridge, there was only one set of towels.The bed was 140 cmRoom number 25 was far from WiFi, so the signal was quite low.

People were loud and noisy late by night, cause to wake up couple times during night
