Restaurant was open till late

I can’t definitely sleep because curtain can’t be tight and light came into my room like sunny days.

The hotel staff was very helpful and attentive. We were given a room with a noisy air conditioner, and after reporting it to the front desk, we were quickly moved to a quieter room. The hotel’s location and the breakfast were excellent.

The water pressure is very low.

Beautiful hotel, the room was well prepared and clean, thanks to Natalia K for an amazing job.The service from the staff was fantastic, kudos to Magdalena and Paweł for the great service in the restaurant.

Staff and food

There are no smart TVs or Chromecast. Terrible to rest in the beautiful hotel rooms

Spa, nice location by the lake

The noice of trains coming nearby, too soft mattresses. Kids with diapers in the hot tub.

Excellent design, extremely clean spaces, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful setting on the lake, with views and charming atmosphere. The rooms are large and modern yet cosy and well equipped including decaf coffee.

The bathroom basin mixer was excessively large, making it difficult to use the basin effectively. It limited space and functionality, which was inconvenient.

Nice place to relax. Spa zone working hours from early morning until 23:00. With perfect view. Form 21:00 until 23:00 only adult hours in spa zone. Good breakfast’s. Delicious dinner.

We were with a 2month old baby and staff did everything we asked for to make our stay comfortable. Hotel is modern and has a great pool area with floating stuff for kids even smallest ones. Great breakfast untill 11 so there is time to get some coffee after the swim :) very good dinner in the hotel restaurant as well.

Despite the Air-con being off the ventilation vent sends cool air through which is straight over bed which wasn't so great. Beds are quite soft which might be a plus for some but we prefer hard ones.

right by the lake. It's a great place to relax. The restaurant and breakfast are quite sufficient.

Check-in time is 16.00, which is very late, but if you contact the authorities, they will give you a room if there is a ready room.

Clean spacious room. Nice bathroom airy big shower cabin. Great breakfast. Nice spa area.

Noise from the trains at night if you sleep with open window. The lights drops the air on controller was disturbing the sleep and the same from the card holder flashing all night. We had to cover both. The hotel beach is next to the boat parking so not that great for the kids to swim.

Beautifully located hotel on the shore of the lake. Huge selection at breakfast: omelet station, smoothies, vitamin shoots, cheeses, local meats, pastries, etc. Appropriate number of staff at breakfast and at the reception. Great spa and indoor pool. Plenty of parking (free). The food at dinner was also very good. Very large room with air conditioning, comfortable bed.

Hotel is mainly geared towards groups that use the conference center. Lack of willingness among employees to go that "extra step" to make the stay perfect. No real bar (only a bar in the restaurant). The lighting in the restaurant is cold and uninviting. Some tables are set in the evening for breakfast, others for dinner without any logic (no cutlery on the dinner table). There is not enough service in the restaurant in the evening and they run between the tables. Additionally, they are dressed in dark polo shirts (I expect something more from a 4-star hotel). The hotel has potential - it just needs to invest in improving guest service.

Amazing breakfast, very good hotel restaurant, beautiful architecture and clean facilities; also the location by the lake Ukiel is great - at the hotel, you can borrow bikes for free and make a relaxing trip around the lake.

The hotel is great for families with young children. For adults, it may be annoying to share the space with running, screaming, and generally misbehaving children. I don't recommend the place for couples and individuals if they seek calm (or: come after the holiday season).

Very elegant Hotel at the Lake. Great breakfast, small private beach ideal for little kids, the Kid's room and the activities. Excelent food in the restaurant. We will come back.

Great location with a beautiful lake view

Communication with the hotel should be better before arrival.I asked for help with spa booking and I was not even sent spa menu (the one that was in the hotel was different to the one on the website).I also asked for information about local activities. It is not hard to find out and check for guests and when paying so much for a night, I would expect more involvement.

Room was spotless clean.I loved our small terrace. Bed was very comfortable. Wide choice of treats in breakfast and "made on spot" egg station is nice touch.Restaurant served amazing delicious dinner.

The location and surrounding

The cleanness of the rooms. A lot of insects and specially the spiders. The parking is not enough for the cars.

Good location. Attentive staff. Great breakfast.

Ventilation/AC in room didn't work. Poor smell.

Great location directly at the lake. Sports facilities like tennis courts, beach volleyball, cycling trails are just close to the hotel.

There was a company event parallel to my stay. The hotel staff was very busy serving the corporate guests.

It's my third time visiting. I love the location and facilities. The views at the lake are breathtaking. Friendly staff

Every day there has been some corporate event, rather loud at the restaurant, nothing to do here.The internet in room 9 was bad, wifi down almost all the time, and cellular network unavailable unless leaving the room.
