Clean hotel

The room was spacious, bed comfortable, breakfast very good. Very close to the city center and old city. Definitely worth staying again.
Perfect location, staff and restaurant.
Great location, nice breakfast, clean facilities.
Parking costs, small room and strange bed placement.
The location on the edge of the old town was good. The public areas of the hotel were of a high standard. The room size was good.
The blinds on the skylight windows are difficult to operate. The bathroom was huge BUT had a small shower in one corner, almost no towel rails (although lots of empty wall space), and the soap dispensers were ridiculous. The one in the shower required 2 hands to squeeze hard enough to release any soap.
One of the few places aside from apartments and chain hotels, like Hampton or Best Western, that have multiple beds (including one larger bed than a twin) in a single room - it's annoying having to rent multiple rooms as a family because most rooms in Poland only have 1-2 twin beds in them. Very close to the university campus and downtown.
Parking is a little confusing. There are 2 lots - one is the private lot of the hotel that is gated and is right next to the public pay lot which you only pay for during certain hours.
Location
The bed is too small. The room was booked for two adults but the bed is “single one”
Very nice clean and comfortable. Ms. Violetta at front desk was very helpful, polite and accommodating. Breakfast was very good.
Great location good breakfast, specious room, nice staff
Location, staff and cleaness was very good
No air condition during such a hot summer is unacceptable.
Location near old town. Parking lot near hotel wasn't free, but free street parking zone wasn't so far. Quiet place. Central park and river is very near.
No AC, shared balcony with two other rooms and balcony doors opens only like regular doors and doesn't have tilt option. So you have two options - either you leave open door and shared balcony neighbours can come in or close the door and stay without ventilation. Also bathroom doesn't have ventilation and is a bit dark.
Location was good and personal pleasent.
Towels of poor quality, breakfast with very little choice, water was dripping from the air conditioner and so on..
The location is very good, the old town area is within just a couple of minutes walking distance. The hotel has its own parking area. The breakfast is good.
Our room did not have air conditioning system and that was a huge minus. The ventilator does not help much, even when it is just +20 outside. The sun is still heating the ceiling and it is just impossible to have a good rest at night.
Rooms were OK and all basic needs were covered. Quite clean as well
The location of the hotel is quite challenging as it’s next to quite remarkable traffic knot and therefore inside rooms is quite loud. Also there was no AC in rooms so with +33 degrees outside being indoors was stuffy. It might be time to replace your towels as the current ones already l have turned grey. Breakfast is OK
Location, price, breakfast buffet, sauna, staff
Dark furniture
Location, parking, size of the room, breakfest
No airconditioning in the room
Good location, nice hotel and good breakfast.
We liked the location, the room, and the people who worked there. The property was very clean and breakfasts were delicious. It was very close to the Old Town. Bathroom was very specious and clean as well. Over all the whole property was beautiful and it was a pleasure to stay there.
We loved everything except for the soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. The design is horrible and absolutely not user friendly regardless of the age. It was extremely hard to dispense the soap, and if I was not there to help my elderly mother, she would not be able to use it and would be forced to go and buy a regular soap and shampoo. If not for the soap dispenser, this stay would be a 10/10.
A Royal Disappointment - Misleading Room Descriptions
I recently booked a double room with a queen-sized bed at Hotel Wilenski through Booking.com, paying a lot to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. To my disappointment, upon arrival, I discovered that my "queen-sized bed" was nothing more than two twin beds masquerading as one, cleverly disguised with a bedsheet. When I brought this to the attention of the hotel staff, they informed me that this was their standard double room offering and that a room with twin beds would have them separated. It appears that in this establishment, a queen-sized bed is nothing more than a myth.Unfortunately, my frustration only grew as the night went on. As I had feared, the twin beds separated during the night, leaving me to battle the ever-widening gap between the mattresses. What should have been a restful night turned into a sleepless battle to remain in bed, and I awoke feeling more exhausted than when I arrived. While the hotel may claim that their room descriptions are technically accurate, I find this misleading and frustrating. It's clear that a "queen-sized bed" and "two twin beds pushed together" are not the same, and I am left feeling cheated out of the extra money I paid for what I thought would be a superior room.I strongly urge the hotel to reconsider its room descriptions and standards, as I cannot be the only guest who has experienced this royal disappointment. To other travellers considering this hotel, I recommend confirming the bedding arrangements directly with the hotel before booking, or you too may find yourself caught in this web of bedsheet deception. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean, but the misleading room description leaves a sour taste that overshadows any positive aspects of my stay. I hope the hotel takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve and provide a more transparent booking experience in the future.
