Pros +
- Great location with a parking area near by, with a very good service and very good breakfast. Additionally, you have the option of the restaurant for lunch and dinner. Nice service, good quality and reasonable price.

- They offer a pretty hearty breakfast for the price. The building is very old but super cozy, location is in the heart of Landeck. On top of everything the sauna and relax room with roof access is available for guests . The water in the region is so soft (I’ve never had my hair so glossy). And the owner is super helpful and welcoming. I’d like to return, my stop in Landeck was a highlight of my trip
Cons -
- Nothing to say. All was good.
- Bed was quite hard. Only one pillow per person.
- Needs update on furniture, but functional

The room size matched for 3, friendly staff, good breakfast and location
Amazing staff, cute hotel
Needs update on furniture, but functional
We had a great stay, the lady that checked us in was fantastically helpful. The restaurant and restaurant staff were also good.We found the lady that checked us out not so friendly or helpful however she did her job methodically.
Passable
We expected more from 4* hotel , on pictures hotel looks more better then as it is real , it’s look old without renovations, missing mini bar in the room, for that price we expected minimum breakfast or dinner , or something extra as others do.
Room was spacious, located right in the middle of the town with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff.
Hotel was old but cozy enough.
Excellent location in the center of town. Convenient parking. Good access to many ski areas. Good breakfasts.
The breakfast was great and had a lot of variety and It was tasty. Located in the centre of the town with a few places to eat around it. They have a small sauna area with a restaurant attached to it. The staff were nice to check in with. They have a ski room and boot dryers if you are skiing. The hotel has everything you need and about 20 minutes from St Anton.
Staff super friendly and helping , easy check-in .Easy access to the room and the room was comfy enough !Location is great and easy access to everything in town by walking distance .Only 1 little thing (and im sure its just a "one time" problem ) after 9 reception is closed and you have to use the room key for the revolving door . Probably somone tried to push the dor open and it jammed ...anyhow we were stock in the hotel . (Actualy we could go out by another door but were not able to come in ) Was not a biiiig issue we just did not take the evening walk and it had no consequences on our trip whatsoever .Overall good place to stay , nothing extraordinary ( except staff of course?) about it but nothing bad either . Thanks
Location and easy parking right behind the hotel
We were looking forward to having dinner there but the restaurant was closed on that day. Wish that had been mentioned in the description
Very central location, good restaurant
The first room was dark
Great spa area with a very hot sauna.
The old style carpet in the room was not as modern as you'd want for floor covering in 2024. Since the hotel is on the main walking street in Landeck you must park on the street behind the hotel.
The hotel is really nice as are its staff. It’s quite posh yet the reception staff made me and my friend, who were soaked to the skin after cycling all day in the pouring rain (and therefore looked like a pair of drowned rats) feel very welcome.
Staff was helpful, room was perfect, and the restaurant was also great
We stayed in this hotel five years ago and were hopeful things may have improved since our last visit. Unfortunately it was just the same. The hotel is very 'old style' in its decor, not tatty or falling apart, but by no means modern or even 'recent'.We were on a touring trip and visited a number of hotels in succession and differences in hotel standard were very apparent. Shrofenstein was one of the most expensive hotels we used but well off being the best in quality. One word to describe the place is 'dour'. We think this sums it up well.
Five years ago the drains in our room stunk. It was exactly the same this time. It made using the small, very dated bathroom, even less pleasant. When we checked in we added breakfast to our stay and asked for a table to be booked for dinner. We arrived for dinner to be told there was no booking made and a distinct reluctance to seat us in a less than half full restaurant. We didn't like how we were treated then, nor did we appreciate arriving for breakfast next morning to be told we were not on that list either. The only member of staff that seemed to know what she was doing was the young lady who dealt with our check out.
The man on reception was very friendly and helpful. They have a safe storage area for bikes
The room was very hot
We both enjoyed the very central location of the hotel. The parking behind was very easy and accessible. The hotel restaurant was very good, with local food and great service. The room was very clean and it was nice to have windows that opened fully, as it was very warm in the room with no air-conditioning. The reception team were really helpful and nice. I would stay here again if we visited. There was a really lovely spa on the top floor with sauna and showers, but we ran out of time to use this facility.
The room was really hot with no air-conditioning, but the street outside was really quiet so it was okay to have the windows open fully.
Breakfast was great. The staff were helpful, friendly, interesting. The attached restaurant was fantastic (they provided the breakfast). An excellent stay.
Parking.
