NH Stuttgart Airport

The hotel is advertised with free shuttle. After asking how to arrange shuttle to airport. The fee is $5Euro per person and the shuttle is only free to the hotel, not back to the airport.

The receptionist when we checked in schedule this a taxi for the airport the next morning. Unfortunately, the taxi company messed up and failed to have a taxi there when they should have. The receptionist made five phone calls to get them to hurry up and send a taxi fortunately.

I cannot recommend this hotel.

While I had hoped for a pleasant stay, my experience was defined by a series of preventable problems. I would advise potential guests to be aware of the following:Poor Room Maintenance: The wallpaper in our room was peeling from the wall in several places, indicating a lack of upkeep.Lack of Communication: Staff failed to inform us at check-in that housekeeping required a specific service card to be placed on the door. This essential detail was completely omitted.Serious Billing Errors: We were erroneously charged twice for parking. The attempt to rectify this resulted in a third incorrect charge being made to our card.No Accountability: When we questioned the 5-day delay for a refund, the staff disclaimed responsibility, attributing the wait to banking processes rather than their own error.This combination of poor facilities management and unacceptable billing practices leads me to strongly advise against staying here.

Parking too expensive!

Very clean and comfortable facility, not far from the Stuttgart airport. Friendly staff with reliable service to help with morning call and taxi booking.

Nothing. Though on the day we stayed the A/C was not working, not anyone’s fault.

The staffs is friendly and help full. The hotel has a lot of free extra. Free Shuttle bus from airport to hotel, The room is clean and big enough.

During I stay the hotel has problem for could water at bathroom, if I need a cool water I need to switch on the faucet for a few minute.

The rooms are clean, the beds comfy. Not far away from airport and fair.

The hot water is available only few hours in the evening. So if you arrive late, there will be probably no hot water. The same in the morning, if you are an early bird. The parking occupation signs are not working, so you might enter believing it is free to find out that it is fully occupied.

The personas at the reception were nice.

Broken shower doors in the bathroom. Hot water was actually cold.

Great location with easy access to Messe Stuttgart. Breakfast is great.

Overall, the experience was OK, but if this was a 3-star hotel I would also believe it. Several minor things that disappointed me; curtains did not close properly and were partly hanging loose, no teaspoon with 1 of the 2 coffee cups, among other things

The room was freezing cold on arrival as the window was open. The blackout curtains were dirty and not attached correctly. We had no time to change the room as we had to shower and go out for dinner.The breakfast was not as good as before - some of the rolls were not fresh and the two bananas on offer looked as if they had died.To cap it all, we were charged €18 for the hotel parking - from 2230 - 1030 - without prior warning. Unacceptable.

Location good! Near motorway. Gas station, baker next door. Parking onsite with gates. Big rooms, newly renovated. Big beds. Reception with games and sitting area. Enes and ilham on reception were really helpful and friendly. Thank you.

Showers warm but not really warm.

The breakfast, the bathtub in the room, the staff, the beds, the 'wiebele' as welcome present.

The hairs in the bathroom, the high parking costs, the broken airconditioning, the one unfriendly lady at the reception, the appalling coffee.

Very close to the airport and the exhibition grounds. Nice clean rooms. Free wifi. Available parking.

The mixed eggs were that dry that I almost had dust around my mouth. Parking for 18EUR per night for hotel guests, what?

Very good structure. Well sonorized (sounded). I would like to see the room better dusted. There were dust here and there and even the shower didn’t look very clean
