Hotel am Hirschgarten

My entire stay was good. The receptionist is very accommodating and helpful.

The room is a little bit cold during the night especially right now it's winter.

The very kind lady with a beautiful smile will welcome you from the beginning and its a cozy clean place

Quiet, receptionnist was very kind and helpful.Bed was comfortable.Cost is affordable for a long week-end.

Not easy to Access from airportCould be a bit cleaner.

Disappointing

There was no air conditioning in the room which makes it impossible to sleep. It was 32 degrees.

Clean and neat. Room recently renovated. Staff were fantastic! Very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Very clean. Great breakfast. Short walk to public transportation. Front desk staff was fantastic!

Nothing negative to report.

Nice breakfast, very friendly and forthcoming staff, clean, reasonably equipped. A simple hotel where I had everything I needed: bed, shower and a plug socket ;) My room was a single but quite spacious! For less than 70 euros, that was quite nice.

Only one real problem at breakfast: one of the packaged sausages at breakfast was long expired. The rest is nitpicking: Room was a bit tired, but perfectly in line with the price range. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the breakfast room, as if someone were smoking in front of the door. It's common in many hotels, but unpleasant for non-smokers.

Great location and covered parking

There was blood stains on the sheets and comforter

Nice, smiley welcome from Viktorija. She provided helpful information for local restaurants and petrol station.

Beyond expectations. Comfort, cleanliness, friendly staff. Restaurants, supermarkets nearby, quiet area. Free parking in the underground garage. Rich and very tasty breakfast. I recommend this hotel.

I booked this hotel because it is close to the airport (3 minutes by train). The room was good and the staff was excelent. If you need to sleep close to the airport because you have an early trip. This is a good choice.

Staff was lovely, excellent customer service, great breakfast, comfy beds! Nearby pub with lovely beer garden!

Nice , clean property with modern rooms

No air conditioning or coffee in the room . Maybe a fan should be a good idea on the room

The check-in was very easy, and well-explained, and the room was clean. Breakfast was excellent!

We were there during exceptionally hot weather, and the air conditioning could not cool the room well until night time.
