Unfortunately nothing met our expectations about this experience. We do not recommend.

We thought staying 15km from the airport would be cheap and convenient--we were wrong. It was 60 euro each way for a 15 minute ride, and taxis late at night did not want to drive to such a close destination, so we spent over an hour just trying to find a ride to take us! The hotel room was smaller than was promised, AC did not work (they said, "oh it might have been turned off). Bedding badly stained, bed uncomfortable, breakfast terrible. Avoid this hotel.

The staff was very kind, even though we made a last-minute reservation. The hotel is lovely, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed.

The breakfast had few options, and it took them a long time to refill the empty trays.

Good restaurant facilities. Double room relatively spacious and good bathroom. Location is practical for business visits and the establishment is well appointed. Breakfast is OK but not great. Also, you need to go the bar every time you want a hot drink and the staff at the bar spend more time talking to each other than taking care of customers.

I visted this hotel twice, mid season and in winter and the rooms are cold. The first time I thought it was a temporary problem but this time I called reception and was told the heating system had not been put on. No way to control the temperature inside the room (the control panel is off and cannot be activated). Fortutantely there was a blanket in the wardrobe this time (there wasn't one the first time and I had to sleep with a jumper on !). After a long car journey ( 6 hours) a cold bedroom feels more like a prison than a hotel room...Even if you are a single visitor, DO NOT book a single room as these are tiny and the single beds are not particularly comfortable.

Location with respect to Milan Malpensa Airport was great. Fuel Station within a couple 100 meters.

Acoustics for the rooms were bad. We could hear the television of the person next door, people talking in the corridor and one of our rooms had some flying insects that looked like roaches.

The location is pleasant quiet clean with a nice garden and an excellent restaurant. The rooms are small but the bed is comfortable, there is a mini bar in each room, the bathroom is spacious and has everything a travel needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is quite sufficient.

This hotel is for someone who has their own car because if one needs to go to the airport or elsewhere, the car service is arranged by the hotel and is quite costly, 44 euros for a 20 minute ride to the Malpensa airport or from airport to the hotel. So if you are staying there with the purpose of using the airport, it is time wise and money wise better to have a hotel booked right at the airport. And if you are planning to spending time in Milan, this hotel can’t be recommended.

Good hotel, close to the Maplensa airport at a quiet location. A nice restaurant. Also the breakfast served was good. Great service at the bar / restaurant. Easy parking also.

The only thing that could be improved was the 'gym'. That was really nothing. There was a bike and a small wall rack (like when we were children) and one kettle bell of 8 kg. Oh and a bench without any weights. That cannot be called a gym.

the staff and hotel were great. we had lost our luggage and the hotel had travel amenities (like a toothbrush!) that we could use.the staff managed to squeeze us into the busy restaurant for dinner, and let us stay in our room longer the next day due to a late flight - they were so lovely and it was very much appreciated.

Price for shuttle to Malpensa a bit expensive

The receptionists are kind and welcoming, the place is quiet, very smooth check in. Close to supermarket (40-50 meters), good breakfast, close to Malpensa airport.

No transport stations nearby, you need to have a car, otherwise taxi is the only option.

The location is very convenient if you are arriving to Malpensa and specially if you don't need to get into Milan! Comfortable, clean and fair price.

We wanted a Hotel with free parking and including breakfast close to Malpensa Airport outside of Milan. This property filled all these requirements. We ate dinner at local pizzeria that was very good. It was a quiet, rural setting and the price was great for all of the above requirements.

The breakfast could have been a little better but certainly sufficient.

I rarely take the time to write a negative review, as I often try and give a hotel the benefit of the doubt, yet our experience was so bad, I just want to warn others. In short, a mismanaged hotel where most staff are new/not interested. The aircon was non-existant in the rooms, and various staff gave me different reasons (1. we will reset soon 2. Technical man can only come tommorrow, etc..) All rooms in the hotel were so hot the shared balcony became filled with men in underwear (trying to cool down) smoking cigarettes non-stop till 1 in the morning, so no opportunity other than to keep your room closed all night and try sleeping in a sauna. In the morning to cool down the common breakfast area they opened all balcony doors, yet with the smokers sitting just outside that area became a disaster too. Breakfast is very poor, and staff can hardly be bothered to refill the few item choices they provide, let alone offer you a coffee (u need to walk to the bar area and call them in the kitchen to ask them for one) At checkout, no manager was available and no apology from the hotel staff, merely 'we have to let smokers be able to smoke' too. All in all a terrible experience, the whole hotel is somewhat run-down (see pictures) One piece of advice STAY AWAY!

We were traveling with a kid. We had a spacious room and the beds were in two separate bedrooms :) Each bedroom had its own terrace. The breakfast was good (a buffet with salty/sweet assortment). There's a restaurant in the hotel, but also other possibilities within 5 min walk.
