Hotel Malpensa INN Aeroporto

Excellent free shuttle to the airport. Super price for lovely facilities and extras such as toothbrushes and toothpaste and tasty breakfast.

We had to wait a little too long for the shuttle from the airport, although it was a busy time of day.

nice parking in front of roomeasy, close to airport

shower

Absolutely nothing. The management was incredibly rude. The service was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. In fact, I would rather sleep on the street than ever set foot inside this hotel again b

It was absolutely disgusting. I always check for bedbugs and I’m so glad I checked here. Do yourself a favor, and avoid this estate at all costs. The management honestly didn’t seem to even care. As long as they get their money, that is all that they want.

We needed a place to stay near the airport since we had a very early flight. It's a 5 minute drive and met the bill. It was clean and spacious. Check-in was easy and staff was nice. There is a complimentary breakfast but we left before it started.

Location to airport. Had secured parking.

WiFi was very weak. Room was dark and end of hall. May have been why no wifi. Cigarette burn on toilet seat.

Location. Have parking. Including breakfast. Very friendly staff! Helped us with several things. We booked 2 twin rooms. By check in they were able to provide a room for 4. Towels warmer station. Warm up the hole room.

Strong smell of perfume in the room. Carpet on the floor (all room). Old rooms. Not refurbished. היו חרקים בחדר. כנראה באים מבחוץ

Very close to the airport and to the car rental agencies.Good breakfast.

A bit pricy for the quality.

Location was extremely close to the airport but very quiet and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, room was spotless and breakfast was outstanding!

The area is so Quiet and Close to the Airport

The Internet was not working properly, we kept complaining, and we did not get what had been promised (high-speed internet)

The property is located 10 minutes from MXP. The staff is excellent and very kind. We were able to snag a small breakfast as the taxi came but it looked phenomenal. We got in late at night and reception still offered us water and beer to enjoy in their courtyard. They called a taxi for us and it was very reasonable for a private car/van for 6 people w luggage. Very Swiss vibes. The rooms were spacious and clean. The value is exceptional!

There is nothing to not like…

Big rooms. Looked like a great breakfast - we just had to leave before it opened. Pleasant staff.

AC did not work. They offered to send facilities to look at it but we were tired and just wanted to sleep.

Helpful staff Big rooms Really late checking

40€ the shuttle from the airport Noise of the vaccum cleaner from the breakfast at 6am Noise from the aircraft’s all night long

only 10 hours stay, from 10pm to 8amroom was well decorated and clean, bathroom was great and there is a bide. and the air-condition worked smoothlybreakfast was good, mostly sweet - cakes and so, no fresh eggs, and no diverse bread options

transportation options :booking offered a complementary transportation for 75 euro, completely insane.the property is 6km from the airport, no traffic, a local taxi at 10pm should charge 15 euro, my taxi driver charged me 23 euro. next day, the shuttle from the hotel to the airport charged me 20 euro for 2 persons. so I payed 43 euro for transportation, about half the room price.take that into account.

The rooms are big, very clean, a lot of place for luggage. Parking just in front of the door.Very nice and generous breakfastThe staff are very nice and attentive

My family and I had an early flight and needed to stay somewhere close. This property was only a few minutes' drive from the terminal. Its location is in a forest, making it very quiet. The property had a good-sized elevator, clean, and quiet rooms. The staff were extremely helpful. It was perfect for a short stay, and the local restaurant, a short walk from the hotel, was a wonderful surprise. It is anolder property but super clean, quiet and exactly what I needed.

This is not a ctiticism by any means just an honest review. The air conditioning in the room is the old style box AC that lets you know its on. It works very well but the older systems were quite loud.

Convenient, good breakfast amenities

Lots of mosquitoes outside

Surrounding away from busy street so it is quiet, plants and trees.

There is but weak air conditioning, I think Most european countries are like that compared to U.S.

Clean, nice, comfortable, good breakfast.

No offer for shuttle from airport to hotel. A nice

The location is in the center and was very convenient. The owner was very helpful and communicative which helped a lot getting around. The self check in and out was very easy. Overall a very nice experience!

We initially thought the room didn’t get dark enough at night because the curtains let in a lot of light from the street. It turned out there are exterior blinds that block the light effectively, but we only found out about them after checking out—our mistake for not asking sooner. The only actual issue was the very weak water flow from the bathroom sink tap, which made it a bit inconvenient to use.

Cute, quiet, amazing breakfast.

It was hard to get there from the airport unless by car. Cannot bus and cannot walk.
