The smell of smoke, so they moved us

Friendly staff who will arrange with local restaurants to pick you up for dinner and return you to the hotel. Pizzeria is walking distance an open only in the evenings. Very quiet location.

Be advised this hotel's airport shuttle service works only in the morning. If you arrive at MXP in the P.M. you will need to take a taxi to the hotel, ~20 Euros from terminal 1, more from terml 2. A better option is to get a hotel with free 24hr shuttle.

Clean, easy access, nice staff, 15’ driving distance from Malpensa, they accept small dog as I do have a service dog and this helps immensely

Unfortunately, the shower was broken and spraying water all over the bathroom. We informed the reception, but it wasn’t possible to take a proper shower that morning.Breakfast starts at 7:00 a.m., which is quite late for many travelers who need to leave earlier. It would be very helpful to offer something simple starting at 6:00 a.m., such as drip coffee and a small snack or bananas.We have stayed here more than once and have never been able to enjoy even a cup of coffee due to early departures, which is something many early travelers really appreciate.

The location was isolated. It’s more of a motel, than hotel. They only serve breakfast, we had to order takeout for dinner.

Location to airport, reception desk very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast not much there.

Just a rest stop and go. not really a comfortable place to stay for long. However, it was good as a visitor to refresh and continue.

The bed was not comfortable at all and WIFI went off and poor connectivity.

The air conditioner in my room wasn't working properly and it was cold inside unlike my friends room whom does not has any complain

This was chosen for convenience, price and "proximity" to Malpensa Airport. The hotel does not have a shuttle from the airport but was able to find a local taxi for 20 Euros. Back to the terminals there was a shuttle provided by the hotel (don't recall if there was an additional 10 Euro charge or not).It was a quiet place. Decent breakfast included. Was able to walk in "town" and find a place for dinner (nothing is available at the hotel).

It is a typical motel arrangement so not sure what can be improved.

The parking in the front of the room is very convenient, and close to the airport, just 10 minutes drive.

The bathroom wasn't completely clean. The floor and the shower floors incredibly slippy when wet, I almost fallen.

The property was great it was close to the airport and the parking was right in front of our door.

Exactly as you see in booking, a small hotel near the airport, if u need to stay for one night, before or after your flight.Great value for money

Very close to the airport and to the rental agencies. Good enough to spend the night before or after your flight.You could park just in front of your room.

The shower looks fancy, but in practice, all the features except the basic showerhead were broken.

The bathroom needs some renovation, seems to be old.

The hotel is just minutes away from the airport so that is very convenient. It is a bit older and dated, but adequate for a night's stay. The breakfast was surprisingly diverse and good. Free parking just outside your room. It truly is a motel. The staff was friendly and spoke adequate English.

The room was clean and comfortable, even though it was older. The walls seemed to be pretty thin and you can hear what the neighbor is up to, but it didn't really disturb me. There are no nearby gas stations, so if you need to refuel before going to the airport, map that out on google and do it the evening before.

This is an excellent place, especially for such an affordable price. The breakfast was a nice bonus. The large bathroom was a pleasant surprise.

Mattress wasn't firm enough for my liking.
