MOTEL Malpensa INN & Hotel-Airport

Normal breakfast and relatively clean.

Was the constant noise from the planes, and the shuttle costs 40 euros for a 7-minute ride to the airport. Everything is old, it was cold at night, and the air conditioning didn't work. The blankets were like they were 30 years old, awful and scratchy.

Great value for the moneyExcellent breakfast Fantastic location for overnight stay before flying out of MalpensaEven provided a list of local restaurants for dinner

Very warm and clean

Breakfast space needs improvements.Noises during the nights needs more room test and insulation

Size of rooms. Quiet. Parking. Clean. Amazing breakfast! Convenient to airport and places to eat.

Never expected this!! In every respect starting with very friendly staff this organization knows what it takes to perform at the top. From the first smile at the check-in desk we were welcomed and beginning to understand the highest level of hospitality and performance. We’ve stayed all over and I have traveled for business on 4 continents—- rating this facility and especially the staff and management as an A+.

Liked ALL

cool "motel" built style with lots of comfort, getting out of the car directly into the room. The room was great for this kind of hotel and cost.Breakfast was excellent. absolutely better than any Motel in the us...

Opening the doors was a bit too narrow, with greenery surrounding each parking space. Looks very nice and well-maintained, but narrow...

Perfect rooms, bathrooms, breakfast, all was great especially for a run to the airport in the morning. Definitely would stay again if in the area!

Thr breakfast was the best part.. It is certainly not a four-star facility. The rooms are large but outdated; not enough charging ports for gadgets and poor lighting. There was a big dead bug in the toilet and live ants in the bathroom.

Breakfast

the breakfast was decent.

The location is a little further away from the airport and the shuttle service is not free and costs ~$20 per 1st person and ~$7 per each extra person. WIFI at the hotel was very weak and not available in our rooms. And bathroom had water drainage problem.

Location was nice for exploring Milan. Breakfast was good. Parking was nice right by unit.

Had to ask every time to have gate lifted to enter and exit facility.

The proximity to the long term parking lot. The fact that you can park at your room door steps. They improved the TV size since I was last there. They must work to improve WiFi connectivity and speed.

The shower box is tiny. The WiFi is impossible to access.

Location and facilities. Loved the room we stayed in

Breakfast variety. Would prefer to have some fresh veg and maybe some additional cereal options

The hotel was a great surprise. Very large room, good facilities and helpful staff

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room

When I checkin duty lady behavior is not good, I requested for airport shuttle from hotel to airport, first she told 10 euro per person, we have confirmed, but after later she will charged 14 euro per person, we have booked two rooms, so I am very surprised why she charged extra amount.

Great rooms. The triple room was very big. Lots of space. Very close to the airport

The restaurants mentioned by the reception were closed so there is nowhere to eat nearby.

I love this place!!! The staff were so lovely and welcoming and happily answered questions. They made an unashamed fuss over my little one, and made us feel so welcome.

The only thing I would say is the motion activated light inside my room would always turn on when somebody walked past, outside in the hallway.

A nice hotel in the forest with all the necessary amenities, calm and clean, with a parking space in front of the room. Not far from Malpensa Airport, with attentive and friendly staff. I highly recommend it!

Proximity to airport, easy access to room for unloading luggage, comfortable beds and the breakfast was out of this world! We couldn't stop admiring the beautiful buffet set up served at 6.30am, which was perfect for our early flight out. Top notch motel!

Location price clean

Neet to get renew and better blanket and heating system
