Sheraton Milan Malpensa Airport Hotel & Conference Centre

Even though the hotel is right in the airport, it was very quiet and easy to sleep

Restaurant was not great. Spa was difficult to book with limited avaiilability.

Location and cleanliness was perfect and the size of the hotel rooms!

The food could use some improvement, some meals were delicious and some were just okay.

It is gorgeous and the fact that it is inside the airport just fabulous for anyone with early departure

Comfortable room, convenient bar and restaurant, in an exceptionally convenient location right inside Terminal 1.

Loved the location-right at the airport

We had asked for adjoining rooms- one room with one extra small bed and a crib and the 2nd room was for me only. What we got was 2 king rooms with one crib. My 4 year old granddaughter had to sleep with her parents in their bed so they needless to say didn't get a very good night sleep. The thing is was asked at the front desk when we checked in and was told that everything was set up correctly in our rooms. NOT

Not easy to find the rooms, a lot to walk

The room is comfortable and spacious, the staff members are extremely helpful, and the location is great- only about 5 minutes my walk to the airport.

The hallways outside are very hot and stuffy.

The room was quiet. We had a good breakfast. Loved that it was through the door to be at the airport.

Everything! The food I ordered from the bar, the pool, the comfort of my room. I appreciated the complimentary water and all I needed was provide to make my comfort a plus. From check in to check out all the staff was amazing. I think they all need to know I appreciated them so much and I AM grateful for the service that Marriott Bonvoy always provides. Blessings to you all.

Bed was very comfortable and clean. Location is prime and easy to take the train right from the hotel. Employees very welcoming and helpful.

Breakfast was not included. I couldn’t use the bathtub because it wouldn’t close.

Location fantastic. Room very average. Bathroom shower head broken and kept falling down during the shower. Shower floor flooded everytime we took a shower. Not enough towels. Room service food was great.

The bed was very comfortable. The location could not have been better. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful!

Breakfast was not worth 22 euro.

For a 5 star hotel we were expecting a little more glam. It looked like the hotel was out of the 70’s. Very bland and no color.

I do not think it is right to have to take the breakfast for $40. It should be your option not mandatory Very tacky to say the least, I’m very surprised at the Sheraton

The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom pristine clean.

Our room was the furthest away from the elevators. The carpet is very thick and it was literally very difficult to roll the luggage down the hall. Also the room telephone needs repair (can't change speaker volume; some buttons didn't work properly).

Loved the large room, the fact that it was in the MXP airport, and loved the slippers and robe! (Two would have been great!)
