Room was very huge with plenty of amenities Even hotel provided the free parking

No vegetarian options in breakfast Building was very old, so there were fungus at many places

Price, short walk to supermarket.

Well away from any meaningful facilities, entertainment or nightlife.

Thank you. We stayed there for 4 days. Hotel was very clean. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast was nice. We want to say about Onsen. That was free?

Big Room, more and more space with renovated room. New single air condition.

Location is hard to find, car gps take me the wrong way.

The location was poor with no access to taxis.

The bathroom was old and the bed was rock hard.

after a long bike ride through the dark from shibuya it was nice to see a sweet face at the reception counter and she was so nice

Room was big, clean and quiet with completely facilities. Parking lot and Private Onsen can used but you need to reserve it in advance. the staffs cannot speak English. Location is near Express Way road but far from JR train, bus stop, store and restaurant. Private car is recommended.

We reserved room for 6 days with breakfast but we miss 5 days breakfast since limitation time for breakfast is 6.30-8.30 am and amount of tables in the dining room was not enough for all quests.

MY DAUGHTER AND I LIKED THE ROOM, IT'S SPACIOUS, THE BED WAS SOFT AND COMFORTABLE, LINENS WERE CLEAN AND SMELLS GOOD. THE BATHROOM IS ALSO SPACIOUS SO IS THE BATH TUB. THERE WAS FREE BOTTLED WATER, HYGIENE KIT WAS PROVIDED, THERE WAS EVEN A SACHET OF MEDICATED BATH POWDER. WE CHECKED IN AT WILL HOTEL AT AROUND 11:50 PM BECAUSE I ATTENDED BUSINESS MEETINGS IN SHIBUYA AND IKEBUKURO. WE WERE EXHAUSTED, BUT WE HAD TO PUT OUR LAUNDRY IN THE MACHINE AND WAITED ALMOST THREE HOURS FOR THE WHOLE CLEANING AND DRYING PROCESS. ( TOOK MORE THAN AN HOUR TO DRY OUR THICK CLOTHES.) WE HAD OUR BREAKFAST AT ALMOST 9AM. THE KITCHEN STAFF WERE KIND ENOUGH TO ACCOMMODATE US EVEN IF WE WERE 30 MINS LATE FROM THE 6AM TO 8:30AM BREAKFAST SCHEDULE.. AND BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER AND I WERE TIRED AND STILL SLEEPY. I DECIDED TO EXTEND OUR STAY UNTIL DEC.25-26 FOR US TO GET MORE SLEEP THAT MORNING. BUT...

.... HERE 'S THE THING, THE RECEPTION STAFF CALLED OUR ROOM MANY TIMES JUST TO SAY I NEED TO GO BACK TO THE MAIN BUILDING TO PAY FOR A NIGHT STAY. THEY CANNOT WAIT UNTIL CHECK OUT DATE OR A BIT LATER IN THE AFTERNOON FOR ME TO SETTLE THE EXTENDED STAY. I WAS TRYING TO RELAX MY HEAD SOME MORE AS IT WAS THROBBING IN PAIN. BUT I WAS AWAKENED SEVERAL TIMES BY THE PHONE CALL FROM THE RECEPTION. ASKING ME TO GO TO THE FRONT TO SETTLE PAYMENT. I WAS DO FRUSTRATED, I LOOKED FOR ANOTHER HOTEL AND WE FOUND ANOTHER ACCOMMODATION. SO FOR THE RECEPTION LADY STAFF ATTITUDE. I RATE THIS HOTEL.5/10

The room was huge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, (I had a beef bowl) was excellent.

The water in the outdoor spa was not hot enough to make up for the cold air outside

Nice Japanese style breakfast with a choice of salmon, beef, and others. Starts at 0630 though and finishes at 0830 (last order). Rooms are quite big.

The doors to the rooms are heavy and slams really hard on you if you're not careful. Also, there are no towel racks in the bathroom.

Very friendly staff!

Close to the highway, so it's not possible to sleep with open window.
