- The outside sign was not very obvious, so the first day it was a bit confusing to find the hotel in the evening, but the area is safe and the demure is of course the trademark of Japan, so all is good.
- facility is well kept but a run down same time. this hotel is also for long term residence like a cheap apts. you can tell the worns from it. dunno why they keep all used towels on the hallway floor. oh and some of them was used as door stop while cleaning the room. and they get washed and they go to the next customer? yuk. the front tried to give me a smoking room first insisting a mistake in my reservation which was apparently their mistake.

There are quite few non smoking rooms.

The front desk is on the second floor, but the main access is by stairs.It is difficult to understand whether the elevator can be used from the first floor.

basic, clean and comfortable hotel. well located. friendly staff.
Room was very comfortable and came with a little stove to cook, room view was also not bad. Hotel is only 5 minutes from the train station so it was very practical. They also give you free bananas and the toilet was a fancy one with buttons very nice
walls are kind of thin and one night there was a very loudly snoring person next to me so I slept badly :( and sometimes you could hear tv noise from other rooms, but then again I am very sensitive to sound when I sleep
