Kawagoe Prince Hotel

Great breakfast buffet and good location. Lots of good restaurants nearby

Location. Hotel is old But clean and well-maintained.

The male old man at reception doesnt smile at all.

Staff were super friendly and the hotel supplied complimentary products like brush, toothbrush etc

Rooms were old fashioned compared to reception and had an old smell

They had parking at 500¥ for the whole night! Facilities are clean. They have English speaking staff.

Convenient location with carpark provided.

Cannot lower the room temperature but this may be normal during winter time.

The location of hotel is incredible super close to the ss line station and the touring spot. Also the breakfast is delicious.

I am not sure if it is due to the season the air conditioner isn't cold enough.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent location, value, and clean rooms. I loved the whole vibe and had a wonderful stay and experience in Kawagoe! Highly recommend.

Hotel is conveniently located at a mall with a sizable supermarket and connected to a train station. A short walk away from the famous shops of Kawagoe. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. If you're driving here, Google Maps will direct you to the rooftop carpark - head to the top level and the entrance leading to the hotel will be there.

The location is good at a busy area. Staff at the check in counter are polite and friendly.

The room is quite small and the interior of the room looks quite old. Although the lobby looks quite grand.

Ideal location for exploring Kawagoe - right next to the station. Comfortable bed and nice room. Staff were very helpful re us leaving our luggage while we visited the old town area (we were only staying one night). It was just a short walk away. I would stay there again.

Nothing really. It was ideal for our stay.

Super easy to access from Hon-Kawagoe Station. Also, like the ease of using the parking lot. 500 yen for 24 hours was a deal!

The lobby in general is a quite dated. There’s an old lady’s clothing shop set up in one corner that makes the it look like a bad second hand shop. Definitely needs updating.

Good location, close to shops/restaurants and had parking

Uncomfortable, small bed. Worst night sleep EVER

room is clean, staff is very friendly. All is good for business trip.

Location downtown of Kawagoe and easy access to the train station; friendly staff

Rather old hotel, bathroom not very state of the art

Central location at kawagoe city. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and a supermarket just opposite to the hotel. Parking facilities are available at a very reasonable price.

The decorations of the hotel is a bit outdated but it is clean and tidy

Breakfast was great, location is convenient since it next to Hon-Kawagoe Station.

just some minor stuff. the sign of hotel's parking lot was quite small and easy to miss.

very accessible. next to train station

no facilities… but the dinning place had good view of the city

location

although we stayed in an expensive Japanese room, the room didn’t meet the maintenance expectations. Amenities were good but we needed to lay the futons by ourselves and no room service was available.

Convenient location and good price

Extremely rude staff. Refused to give any form of invoice or documentation meaning I am unable to claim back cost of hotel from my company.

Breakfast was decent. I was happy that they offer breakfast buffet, otherwise I had to go out and grab something to ear for my kids. Room was clean but old. Location was superb. Hotel was attached with the train station.
