- The spa area was lovely, with many different indoor and outdoor baths and saunas. People with tattoos are not permitted to enter but the front desk sells tattoo sheets for 250yen per piece

- -it is like 5 minute walk from Hanyu station, and you can clearly see he building when you get out of the west exit-there are nearby restaurants that seemed good but we didnt try them-the amount of bath and saunas are amazing -all the stuff you need for skincare, toiletries are available

parking plentiful
big school tour, chaotic in lobby, no lockers for shoes. spa just too busy in the morning with outside guests. carpets and particularly in lift not clean. very industrial type of hotel.
Onsen and lots of shops around. Good restaurant.
It was all good
this was my second stay in this hotel.the hot springs are always great.this time I was in a different building block from last time and it was a bit shabby.
it was clean, welcoming, and in a peaceful area
I didn’t have to option to pay for a second traveler on booking, so I had to pay at the desk quite a bit extra
Onsen and kids play room facilities were great. Checking in and out was easy and we even got coupons to use at restaurants etc within the hotel. Quiet room too.
Beds were pretty hard. No concierge service to bring your bags to the room which is a little tough for families.
