Location is the best aspect, right next to Shintoshin station, with a bakery, restaurants and convenience store within the same building. Rooms are standard fare for Japanese hotels (i.e. a bit small, but well appointed).

I came for the Billie Eilliah concert and the hotel is very close. Walk distance to the station and the stadium.

Great place. Just a step away from the train station (Saitama Shintoshin) - hotel entrance is located at the same level as the exit/entrance to the train station. So smooth. The room is quite comfortable (nice and clean). The reception of the hotel is quite amazing. They have opened up the space for the reception and dinning room, where we had the breakfast. I think it is much better option than staying a hotel in Omiya. Their price is not bad at all. You can enjoy the upscale hotel room at very comfortable pricing. The staff service was a top notch. The continental breakfast is a must.

Location is just outside of the train station and the Saitama Super Arena. Perfect for any event here. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The restaurants and convenience store located on site are really good and offer a great variety. Room was spacious enough for me and very comfortable.

Location is very good as it is just minutes walk from a huge shopping malls and plenty of restaurants options. The hotel didnt have any sign showing the hotel 's name, we have to ask and go round the building for so many times before we found the entrance. As we drive to there and in the hotel website it shows that parking is available and didnt mention about reservation for parking is needed. So when we arrived, no parking available for us and we have to park to nearby shopping mall and it costed us 6800 Yen for overnight parking. We feel very upset about this arrangement.

Convenient to the stadium (right next door) and to odiyama station. Friendly staff. We booked for an event at the stadium, which was perfect.

Location & room size—I would not have selected this location unless I wanted to be close to the stadium.

I was able to check earlier that was wonderful. I stayed extra 2 hours for small fees as well. Great breakfast. I was kind of sick so very happy to see porridge on menu. The room and bathroom were very small. No onsen or big bath options like hotels in Omiya

Best breakfast buffet ever, switching from one day to the other. Ideal location right at the station exit, very comfortable.

The staff was excellent polite and helpful And breakfast was very good. The room was ok. Even the toilet at the reception was beyond expectations. The room is very quiet.

Location is awesome as it is just minutes from the Saitama Super Arena, and it is surrounded by a few huge malls nearby and plenty of food options.The room itself was really comfortable equipped with a long table and chair next to the window, comfy big bed and has sufficient space for myself and my medium luggage + lots of shopping stuff. The TV is a smart TV and the screen is huge as well.Service staff are very courteous and helpful and their breakfast was good! Thank you! ?

Maybe just the few hair strands on bed and in the toilet, and also a bit of dirt in the toilet that put me off a little, and also the lack of light at the door entrance (it felt scary to hang my clothes just because it was so dark ?), but other than these all is great.

Location was great and very accessible. The room is not too big but comfortable for 2-3 luggage bags, depending on the size. Bathroom was spacious and the shampoo was very nice.

Close to the station - we were able to get the train room - recommend this if you have kids as the window is perfect viewing of the trains.
