Pros +
- Friendly staff, clean and comfortable, good location near station and convenience stores.
- The breakfast was more comprehensive than other hotels and enjoyed it very much. The room was a decent size along with the bathroom. The location was very close to Kumagaya station making it easy to walk around.
- Close to train station.
Cons -
- Would have liked a proper kitchen facility with a sink and plates, they only had a microwave.
- The shower head was not clean and covered in some kind of white stuff. The bathroom had a broken shampoo and conditioner dispenser. The bathroom also had a rusted soap dish holder which had mould around the edges. The room smelled of cigarette smoke despite the room being non-smoking.
- Small bath !
