Great location and great value for money.

The bed is hard. Like really really hard. Some of the staff have a little bit of difficulty in speaking English but even so they are really kind.

Have to change room every seven days. Also tow towels every day when not needed is a waste.

The staff were so kind and helped me with my requests and explained everything well. The sunrise view from my window was so amazing. The room and all services were just perfect and the breakfast so delicious. It was first time in a trip I truly felt like I’m in my home!!!

convenient location.

They refused to give me a parking stop just about an hour ahead of regular time although it was already free. As a result I had to use the local and very expensive coin parking that doubled my parking fee. They also starting lying to me about the free spot saying the parking was full. Typical Japanese rigidity perhaps but a little common sense to accommodate a customer would have been appreciated, especially because I paid for the parking at rhe hotel anyways... this is what happens when people act more like robots that human beings.

Property was clean. Staff were amazing. Towels were in abundance. It is a small room but really cozy . Only complaint is the hard bed and pillows. But I understand that is standard for Japan so nothing against hotel at all. Location in Shiki was perfect for us and a quick walk to train station but also to department store in case one needs anything.

Location and availability were the two main points as it was a last-minute booking I needed to make. Amenities were up to standards for business hotels and places to eat and shop around the hotel was sufficient.

Location is very convenient. Station, supermarket and department stores are nearby. Breakfast had a great value to our stay.

Breakfast is so good, the service is excellent, they will help you anytime you need something. Overall I had a very good experience in here, not a single bad thing at all. I like the cleaning service too

Breackfast was very good with at least 15 types of food. Very quiet room. Very clean. Neigborhood was safe and wonderful people with a good department store right next to the hotel.

I did not like that I had to leave, actually it was really perfect for my taste and my children taste.

Breakfast in buffet style, there were variety of choice, not only Japanese style food like Natto, Udon, Curry, Miso soup, there were also western style soup, eggs, bacon, sausage...there was takeaway box in case you're in a hurry.The hotel is neat and 5 mins walk to Shiki eki, there is shopping mall, 100yen shop, supermarket nearby

Though there is discount offer for nearby parking lot, should have been mentioned parking space need to book.

Proximity to railway. Nice quiet suburban location.

Couldn’t cancel the cleaning we didn’t really need as we were vacating the next day. But we did negotiate a reduction in the cleaning time.

The hotel is 2 minutes from a metro station and there is a lot of shops and restaurants around. The room is very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is an express bus to the Haneda airport leaving from the station nearby.
