Location, larger than average hotel room size in Japan and very modern.

No onsen.

I like the location.Also the cleanliness .Good Amenity kits

The breakfast satisfied my expectations. They also offered scrambled eggs and bacon which I highly valued. The restaurant where the breakfast was served was high quality.

The hotel is easy to find and conveniently located. The room was very clean and well-appointed. We enjoyed the massage chair and the great view. The bathroom was spacious and also very clean. The Wi-Fi was was incredibly high-speed which was great as my husband had a Zoom meeting during our stay. Checking in and out were both very easy.

Would have liked a couple more pillows so I could choose a softer one. We had to collect coffee and some toiletries at checkin in the lobby, but I suppose this lets guests choose exactly what they want, so it may reduce waste which is obviously a good thing.

The hotel offers a superior experience, combining competitive pricing with advanced Japanese technology, comfort, and efficiency. Our room key will unlock the elevator & there is a The card key enters a slot, to turn on your room light.Guests access the 14th floor via escalator or elevator, with elevator access available for those with disabilities. There you will find the front desk. Loved the pajama.The breakfast buffet provides a delightful ambiance and is highly recommended; the cost is ¥1900 if not included in the room rate.

The lack of information letting me know the many ways to use my room key is my only complaint but other than unsolving the mystery maze we were very comfortable.

The Japanese-style bath room was very good. Bath, basin and toilet place was spacious and convenient.

Met my expectations and was a great hotel to stay at, and also convenient and had even a view of Mount Fuji.

The reception was located on the 14th floor which was abit confusing to begin with.

Good room size for the price, short walk to Omiya station, friendly staff. No trouble leaving luggage during the day after checkout (there is an automated self-service locked luggage storage - never seen anything like it before; very convenient and safe).

We really enjoy the stay with clean, comfortable bed and the nice bathroom.

No complaints.

Sauna, onsen, spa

No airport shuttle bus to/from Incheon, even nearby.Before corona there were airport shuttle bus stops west exit of Omiya station

Very clean, exceptional bath and view. Staff were polite and confident, English was great. A 10 min walk to the station and close to many shops.

The laundry was lacking. Washing was ok, but using the same machine to dry only made the clothes more damp. We dried our clothes 1hr in the machine but still wet so we ended up drying them in room.

Breakfast was same every day, just okay

The breakfast could be improved. Many food that should be hot, were cold too.

Clean, close to eki, breakfast was nice

No sauna or spa.Also there is no shuttle bus access to Narita at least near Omiya ststion

I don’t know why the cleaner don not sweep the room in the last one cleaning. I think the training of cleaners is needed to be better.

The room was very clean , the facility smells good , did I mention that it was clean? The staff is receptive and very helpful. This is state of the art hotel, with a wonderful restaurant as well, there is nothing not to like.The style and and the service get a 5 star rating.

The hotel is still very new, super clean, large rooms by Japan standards, especially the bathroom, amazing view. Nice being able to control the lights from the bed. Aircon was really good. Plenty of power outlets and USB outlets. Very fast wifi. All of the staff were lovely. Location was great on the quieter side of Omiya. It was only a 5 minute walk to Omiya station.

Location is great, about a 7-minute walk from train station - when taking west exit from station, walk along the skywalk (1 level up), through Sogo Dept Store, then down onto street level, you'll see the hotel. Plenty of amenities, restaurants around. New, great staff, comfortable, clean, spacious (especially the bathroom).

Limited dining facilities at the moment - only one restaurant with simple menus - as renovation not complete but that doesn't deter us as there're plenty other eateries around.
