Escale Oceania Nantes Aeroport

Desk staff exceptionally kind and helpful. Breakfast was average by EU standards but was good. Great fresh fruits.

The shower is NOT built for larger folk. Just be aware that the shower door design was awkward and small. Also- it's easy to mistake this decent 3 star hotel with the nicer 4 star of same company located immediately adjacent. I intended to book the 4 star!

Clean comfortable bed

Only paper cups for tea or coffee in room. No bar facility in hotel

Close to the airport.

Bed wasn’t comfortable. Had some trouble with making the room cooler.

It was New Year so the hotel only had a handful of clients, but the staff were very helpful when neededAnd a very good breakfast

I had one of the best showers and bathroom. Not flashy but very good for purpose

Easy walkable access from airport, accommodation clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Dinner options are limited to two hot meals if you didn’t want pizza or boards.

The location by the airport, easy access

TVs were not working and misplaced, key cards were not working, staff can be rude

Very nice, clean and very comfortable bed. Good location for Nantes Airport

Tea, coffee and kettle kindly supplied but with ‘paper cups’ really guys, a real let down!

Near airport

Means of leaving the hotel by car. I was given a piece of paper to present at the exit to lift the barrier. When I left it was raining and I had great difficultly in getting the barrier to lift. I was concerned that in the rain the paper would get too wet.

breakfast was relatively nice

Rooms are small, depressing and expensive

Near airport, clean, perfect for overnight stay in Nantes to catch an early flight.

Very basic hôtel - if you want something more luxurious, the Oceania just next to it would be more appropriate but more expensive.

The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport..Rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious.

Close to the airport, easy to reach by foot.

Cleaning service. Cotton bud on the bathroom's floor.

Close to airport

The food was not that good. the pizza seemed to be a frozen pizza that they heated up. Service was good

Location for late arrival at airport. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the man who took us over to the airport very helpful particularly providing an umbrella for the rain.

Everything was clean and tidy. Room was quiet and the staff were great.

proper cups in the room rather than paper would have been good.

Extremely comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom.

Check in wasn't clear. Went to the other hotel, not knowing there were two, and having queued for attention, met a staff member who was less than helpful.Parking was extra.

Good Breakfast, room was quiet, staff very friendly and this was really convenient for the airport the following day

No evening meal options, sister hotel next door had restaurant however even at 7.30/8pm in the evening there was over an hour wait for a table, and no other food options close by so i found that this meant not being able to have an evening meal

good breakfast, very accessible from airport

a bar in the evening

Perfect place close to airport. In fact, though there's a shuttle, the airport is a 10 minute walk just in case. You need a convenience store or if you want to walk with luggage to airport.. And there are luggage carts available.Shuttle bus is on time and comfortable.

Comfortable and clean.

No basin in the toilet, hard to get to from the airport as there was no signage and it was not obvious which path to take. Staff tried to come and clean at 9am on the day we were due to check out and only 10 minutes before we checked out. When a stay is for one night, they should wait until after check out.
