Hotel Zawiercie

Broken elevator made having a room on the top floor very difficult when travelling with family's worth of luggage

The location was 10 min away. The breakfast was excellent.

The premises were a little bit old and cleaning might be every day.

It was the middle of winter and very quiet, but the hotel was fully staffed and high standards of professionalism and cleanliness.

The rooms are very dull and dated, early 90’s decor

omg amazing, so sooo good and sooo coming back on my next visit in Zawiercie , such welcoming, such nice staff, cool room and omg amazing swimming pool with jacuzzi and very nice food in restaurant

i only didnt like that they give me two single beds when it was 3 of us ?? but luckily we are not that picky and we managed to sleep comfortably.I recommend it anyway

The stuff at the reception and restaurant was friendly but only one at the reception desk working and in the restaurant was 2 working. For the lobby bar, you need to ask someone to come and serve you the drink

It was dirty, hot, and loud in the night at the corridors.Missing Air-conditioning in the room The mini bar is smelling

Swimming pool included in the price and how large the room and bathroom were

No air-conditioning , slight issues with the shower ( the shower head sprays water in all directions), rather not hotel like supply of cosmetics ( basically in the packaging in which it was bought in the shop)

Staff are always obliging, no request was a problem. And all meals from the kitchen excellent in a traditional style. The bar is comfortable and welcoming

The interior is a bit dark and dated

When i had booked for the wrong night the staff shifted my booking on the day with no issue. The breakfast the next morning was amazing.

Comfortable quiet room, with a delicious breakfast! Fun swimming pool especially for the kids! Friendly staff! Easy check in.

Delicious breakfast, and meals from the restaurant! Staff are very polite, and spacious rooms.

My room didn't have very good soundproofing, wifi code was not given or listed in the room. Bedding and towels unfortunately had stains. Hot Water temperature was too low for my personal liking (usually happens when you shower very late at night or very early)

Helpful receptionist who addressed the issues.

Extremely uncomforable bed, a hostel like. After we had complained we received a topper.

I liked everything about the hotel. I think the hotel is in a great location, near to the centre of the town.
